New York City's thought to have been peaceful since the Seven-Hour War. But in the distance, alarms can be heard. In the shadows, crackdowns are done. Amongst them, one unit stands as the spear.

From the mind of the Functionary...
|
Where am I?
The one place you know. Who are you?The one thing you know. Why... Am I here? Where are we going? That one's not up to us. You know it's not up to us. But they said "Industrial-24". Was this about the incident? With that Michael kid? Pretty sure he was older than us, but yes. Likely, honestly. We're even lucky to have the deal. If you weren't so reckless, though, you wouldn't even need it. I'm not reckless. Bullshit. They're sending us there for a reason. If you didn't keep the shit with your informant down low, this wouldn't have happened in the first place. No. No... That's not true... I just need to prove it to them.
JUDGE-07... He was sent here to investigate Latourelle.
Correct. Latourelle's under suspicion of supporting gangs. 647es. God, you sound just like the Captain. Do you forget what they've taught you? The lessons you've learned? Obviously not. One of us is the creative one, the one that retains what we remember. The other one is the obedient one, the tactical one. The one that keeps us alive. Alone, we're nothing. Alone, we cause issues. Together, however, we're strong. Why not just accept that already and start going back to hiding? Because this investigation just won't let me. After all. I've got a job to finish.
Any clue where he might've gone?
My bet's on him being Tyrese Willaims. <:: ATTENTION, PLEASE. UNIDENTIFIED PERSON OF INTEREST. CONFIRM YOUR CIVIL STATUS WITH LOCAL PROTECTION TEAMS, IMMEDIATELY. ::> Some day Dispatch is gonna realize that doesn't work. It's a reminder. A reminder of what? To who? To him. Daniel Withers. A reminder that he's being hunted. Doesn't help. Besides, we got more important things to worry about. Like? Thanatos. |
