How long is the ban for?:
I don't exactly know. They said a day, then a week, then two weeks. I'm not exactly sure on the time. I suppose Vinyl can give some actual numbers. Free of any hearsay.

The reason you were banned?:
I T-Bagged Casto's body when people said that it was okay to desecrate his corpse. Then I told the Admin who banned me to suck my nuts in jest, thinking that he wasn't serious about the whole ordeal when he actually wasn't kidding around. He's apart of KING, so I thought we were on the same level when it comes to cordiality, apparently I was wrong.

Why do you wish to be unbanned?:
Well, its my first infraction. I have a completely clean record and no warns to my knowledge throughout my playing on this server. So I believe that jumping the gun, banning me presumably for a day, then going back on it and using my jest as ammunition to extend the ban is rightfully just flat out abuse in my eyes. The ban doesn't fit the punishment mandated. But I'm certain that almost all of the CMs and SAs support it, for some unfathomable reason that eludes me so I'm not exactly confident of this appeal being seen by a nonbiased staff member.. The whole ban situation just seems it was done just to cull the chaff really. Even if someone has a completely spotless ban record they could just go
"Oh ban them for making a funny".

Some of the Admins also said that It wasn't funny and that they were cracking down. So what, this isn't Aurawatch, and it isn't anything near as bad as shit/piss rp. So I don't understand how they could just say it so matter a factly, and then issue one wallop of a ban because somehow it suits them? I wasn't the only banned too. Culture#3240 was within the near vicinity and had the audacity to /actsit 8 with me. So If I can't be unbanned, then I ask that he does because banning the both of us for something of little to no consequence is just straight up tyrannical.

Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?:
I didn't exactly have time to record a video when it took five nanoseconds for a ban to dished out. I'm sure someone in the CP discord has some evidence someplace.

You teabagged a corpse in a serious roleplaying server in front of minimum 30 people. We don't tolerate this kind of stuff at all. You were banned for a day, then that was extended to a week as per your comment about "sucking your nuts." Two weeks is not true, and I have no idea where this came from. I won't defend teabagging IC either, it's not a concept that would be familiar to anyone. This isn't abuse, or tyrannical. I have no idea what you're talking about in this instance, and honestly using those words so often will quickly lose their meaning when something truly abusive or tyrannical arises. Please refrain from doing so unless you actually understand what you're trying to describe and know it to be truthful.

Just because you occupy the same squad doesn't mean the outcome of a admin's discretion changes. Same level or not, that changes when admin duties arise - We don't offer leniency to friends or "coworkers". It's not about "Oi ban them for making a funny." Lest you forget, this is not Willard 1.0 anymore, this behaviour isn't tolerated. Satire, comedy and sarcasm don't exactly translate well through text, and you should know that for how long you've been around this space.

Take the week off to reflect on your actions, come back when you're better suited to handling yourself in a more reasonable manner. I also recommend rereading our rules on how to conduct yourself both in and out of character.
