Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I am new to the server, I did not steal anything just loading in waiting for my friend, I really like this RP server and plan to stay awhile, and once my time is long enough to help out if staff ways, I have been uppermangerment on other servers, and like to help out soild player bases, I did not minge, nor BHOP. BHOP is when you gain speed through jumps, I jumped 3 times in a row just out of habit, then RPD with a CP. Not BHOP, nor did I mingegrab and steal anything, I just looked around the place, to check out how the stuff works, and the system as in RP i want to open my own place. I have been looking forward to joining the server for a day or two. And I get banned, without an admin sit? please unban me.

It is mandatory to RP fear in situations/actions which you would usually refrain from doing realistically. Repercussions of your characters actions must always be considered, situations which result in death due to a lack of fear RP may result in a PK.

1. Drawing a gun to rob someone in the middle of a secure area.
2. Running off/drawing a gun while being aimed at.

Lack of fear roleplay or fear for your life in general may result in a permanent kill.

Looting another character can only be done in realistic situations and time frames. Your characters life and safety must always be put before looting. Prioritizing looting over the need to escape or tend to wounds will be considered powergaming. The following are examples of powergaming while looting:

1. Looting characters after a shootout in a public space.
2. Looting characters before tending to injuries sustained.
3. Returning to a scene to loot someone after fleeing.
4. Looting bodies while Civil Protection is present.
5. Looting without roleplay.

I do not see a rule, where it says if I look into a fridge, that in RP I would know is there its a food//drink place, it would have storage to place food. That is it fail RP or power game, or any of that. I did not steal anything.

Hello. I am the admin who banned you and here's the thought process and reasoning that came along with it.

You just got back from being unbanned after a one-day ban. Rules dictate a second offence should be harsher, you would have actually been banned for longer for this.

The last time you were banned it was due to FailRP and Powergaming. You entered an open store, walked into the backroom, took as much items as you can and ran off, no RP involved.

You rejoined the server after your ban and guess what? The first thing you did was run around like a mad-man, break the raid rules, enter a store and opened a bunch of containers to try and see what is inside. Sure. You didn't take anything, but that was 100% your intention, especially considering you just got back from a ban for the exact same thing.

9) Heists, Raids and Scams

When it comes to mugging/robbing players there is some basics to know of:

1. Civil Protection requires 4 units before you may mug them.
   
   1. If no staff are online, CPs are permitted to engage you in combat.
   2. You may not mug/rob anyone directly outside the main Nexus.
2. Follows similar rules to Rule #4 (Deathmatching) when it comes to reasoning.
3. Rolling for actions can be consented to.

Heists on a business may only be performed with either:

1. The Owner being online
2. 2 employees currently online (Unofficial employees count as well)
3. Exemption: CWU, MOC and OSI may perform inspections with only 1 employee online.

Note: Staff will have to oversee the heist.
Note #2: Do not perform a heist on the same store within a 2 week timeframe.

Chaining robberies on your character unless adequately roleplayed will be considered unrealistic and a poor portrayal of a character, so be careful If you choose to go that way.

To sum it up, I think your ban is perfectly valid, and should even be extended to more than 1 day, considering you just got back from being unbanned for the same thing.

No worries, now I understand your context and your thought process, but let me ask this, Did I steal anything??? or did I just look the clip is clear I just looked around. and the Bhpop. The first ban was me not understanding the rules, and I took it, this was a real not good reaosn.

I understand as a staff and admin you want to always be right, but this is the clip, I have the proof, and I STOLE Nothing, who deals with ban dissmissines?
