I want to bring attention to an ongoing issue that has been troubling some of us, despite previous attempts to address it.
The character Albertossic's Hulkabin has been excessively aggressive, targeting other humans and vorts. This marks the third time I've encountered this problem. In the sewers, along with Tuki and other rebels, we've faced Hulkabin who has an unusually high amount of HP and armored HP from the vort faction. His health is so excessive that even a vort with advanced beams and two rebels shooting couldn't bring him down to half HP.
When I tried to speak to him, he smashed my head into a wall, dealing over 50 damage per hit with a sledgehammer. Despite not drawing a weapon and attempting to engage in conversation, he attacked me. When we retaliated, he spawned over 15 NPCs, causing massive damage to over seven people present.
Today, I arrived to find him throwing eight snarks at other rebels, incapacitating Celt (CJTN). While I was trying to save CJTN, he attacked me then chased the other rebels, came back while I attempted to save Celt downing me and executed me on the spot. The only roleplay action performed was my head being stomped on. Four rebels, including one with a pulse LMG and myself with a G3, couldn't defeat him despite dealing significant damage. The real problem lies in his portrayal of the character. In all three encounters, he has been overly aggressive and it feels like he's jsut out here to create combat than RP.

This behavior doesn't contribute to meaningful roleplay. Instead, it turns the experience into a sequence of combat events. Where is the roleplay in being smashed into a wall and left floating on the riverbed for over 15 minutes during a "RP scenario"?
This isn't roleplay; it's just a unfair S2K.
I'd also like to request a refund given the nature of my death, not only is it unfair to be two shotted by a 50+ dealing damage vort with a sledgehammer it's also unfair to straddle into this situation once more agaisn't a unkillable, overly agressive enemy whom went back on someone attempting to save another player to just execute them. It doesn't feel right, to die to something like this. Never have I seen staff allow this to happen, specially when dealing with powerful enemies such as: hunters, it's far easier to kill a hunter than to have dealt with this hulkabin. Seen by the fact a vort and 3 rebels managed to end two hunters in the outlands.
