So far I've had stuff confiscated twice (both of which I was legally doing regarding current documentation:
First time was a week or so ago:
I was moving debris (raw materials) to the CWU building to recycle. I had about 60 items on me.
I told the CP I was planning on recycling them.
Had it all confiscated, and had Civil Points removed.
Penal Code in Train Station:
- Excessive amount of Waste or Raw Materials without intention of disposal.
I had 100% intention to dispose it all, I told them what I was doing, and I was walking directly towards the machines.
Second time was Today:
I was just casually walking towards the Ration Center, to see if it was open at that time (Rarely is, so gotta check often)
Got stopped. Told I was not allowed Bags, and had them confiscated.
Everything I can find regarding this is as follows:
Train Station, where 90% of players will find what they can, or cannot do / have:
- Any clothing article that conceals Identity, this does not include Surgical Masks.
They are Bags. Not identity concealing items.
- Excessive amount of Personal Belongings without intention of disposal.
A Small bag & a Large bag is excessive?
- Stealing Belongings and Possessing Luxury Items without having the necessary Tier.
As far as I can tell from the "Bartering" skill, Bags fall under "Tools and Storage" so not Luxury.
>> Underclass - Black Armband
Lower than/or 40 Social Credits
Cannot be hired in Work Unions, must wear a Jumpsuit at all times. 10C per Ration, along with Breen Water and Artificial Paste.
I am part of the "Underclass" with a Black Armband. I had my jumpsuit on, does not say you cannot wear bags.
What I can find on the forums:
Underclass - Black Armband
Requirements: 40 SC or below or Negative Cohesion points
Description: Both humans and biotics in this rank share a level of disdain from both the Combine and society. Seen as problematic individuals who cause no end of harm and issues, even they committed minor/low level offences. While still allowed to operate in the City, they would be hard-pressed to find any good positions or jobs within the Unions or Stores and have to undertake a level of additional oppression by being restricted access to certain parts of the City.
The Administration is kind enough to still pay them, allowing them to gain passive credits, just at a slashed rate.
Again, Bags are not "Clothing" nor "Luxury" They are Storage. So this doesn't say it's not allowed.
SUPPORTER rank says:
- Can use Backpacks and Bags (Biotic)
Which only applies to Biotics.
Can we please get all this clarified, 'cause as it stands, the Civil Protection teams just seem to make shit up, to ruin the enjoyment of the server for people. I understand they are a "Restrictive government" and try their best to "Oppress the lower classes" but so far, both of these issues have flouted the current rules on the server, as they are presented to the public.
