As of right now you are only allowed to have three employees with business permits, which is fine. You're also encouraged to hire more employees, however for some reason there is no option for the CWU to give you employees that do not have permits. Therefore despite having six employees, half of my employees don't have keys to the shop and if they're caught running the shop they'll get in trouble with cops because they're not registered as employees.
So right now you have the option of: Full emloyee with permits (max 3) and non employees. I would appreciate it if there was a third option so you could have more than three employees, employees who are registered at the business and have keys but do not have the business permit.
It seems like it's a mismatch between what the business guide says (you can have more than 3 employees, but only three can have permits) and the code that only allows employees with permits.
