I found this - I think it would be a great way to solve all the current issues revolving around S2K and just combat in general. I'm sure the devs could remake something similar to this quite easily - maybe even combine it with the current combat system that Flux has. I'm sure this will make fights fair and balanced for everyone - could also add a timescale system where if someone joins combat they must wait 1-2 turns before actually being allowed an action.

Your concerns are noted and heard. I've been told by the developers a turn-based system is in development. If that system turns out smooth, stable and fun we'll switch over to it, but not before we're certain of its gameplay, feel and enjoyment. Until then we're sticking to S2K

I’m alright with this. As much as I despise S2K, I can endure it for promise of a better system.

Honestly, I just couldn't believe this. Archaeologists that traversed and excavated a very ancient cave in a part of France found a particularly stunning sight.

But most importantly, they found something truly spectacular, and it could solve all of our potential problems and it was EMBEDDED into the stone, itself. The tools used to carve this message was absolutely phenomenal and it appears addressed to us.
