The big issue I have with you is that all you seem to do is creepy, bothersome stuff.

Again, none of that is against the rules. If I was doing something over the line, you should *tell me* through PMs in game or warning me. I am a reasonable person who can accommodate changes in RP. Whatever the admins line on what is and is not okay, that is not being told to me. You are just slapping down bans. As someone who plays this server like a drug, 3-4 hours a day, when I am banned for a week, or even a few days that is extremely punishing.
Not only does it punish me by not being able to play here, it punishes my reputation.
Your last character participated in something, that by all accounts, was basically ERP in an even stranger format.
I have never participated in ERP in any shape or form. I know the rules, all of it has to be fade 2 black so people like you dont have to see detailed porn when you open the logs. I totally agree with that, and I fully support that ban on ERP.
My interaction with that old man was not ERP. He paid me to pretend to beat him. That was it, we did nothing close to sexual. While ICly, CPs viewed me pretending to beat someone as "BDSM", in no way did I cross the line of ERP. Erotic roleplay has no place in this community, I have followed that guideline.
Then you have Alice Coke - a hooker who does nothing but offer sexual favors in exchange for scraps of a reward.
When you say that, it sounds like you think I did not put a lot of thought into this character. But what you have not seen is my character development, and her story that I have been writing about her since she has died in the freetime I have had
Alice Cook was not just some hooker character with no interesting story or development who was just killed herself, she is part of my story I am writing for this server and its players. It is not black and white, how you see a character as "just a boring hooker" is not what I see her as. She is a story that will be flourishing even after her death.
Now we have Nathaniel Brinks. Who draws lewd pictures of characters and sells them like an absolute creep.
Nathaniel Brinks is currently the main character I play at the moment. I have made lots of friends with him here, and some of my best moments have been playing him and being harassed for his artistic talents.
All of his talents, as he sees them, are IC. The *one* drawing he drew that was suggestive was of the character he is stalking. I do not go around selling these pictures, but I have had one man pay to see the pictures. The only selling of drawings I do to people is commissions of themselves in 90's manga style. I do not go around drawing lewd pictures of people, that is simply not true.
Now, the character Nathaniel may be controversial, as he is simply put, a creep. That I would agree on. He does not know how to communicate with females properly, and attaches himself to Maxine Lee with an unhealthy obsession, seeing her as some sort of princess to save him from the harassment he faces from others.
This is roleplay, it is character development and it brings a story to unfold. Nathaniel is part of that overarching story I am building to provide interesting stories to the server. There will be personalities that make you feel shocked, there will be personalities that make you feel uncomfortable. But Nathaniel is just one of those characters who has flaws and may make you feel either one of those emotions. If I cross a line, you have to message me. Dont just throw down bans like hotcakes.
Every single one of these characters is a sexual deviant in their own way, which is becoming bothersome to say the least.
None of these characters are sexual deviants. I could see how from an outside view of just an observer, that you could look at Alice and think she may be, be as mentioned above, she is so much more than just a hooker. She is a flower that I have developed and cherished, who I want to build.
If anything is bothersome, *TELL ME* through in game messaging and I can adjust my rp to fit your needs! Handing out bans is just counter productive, we would not have to waste our time here talking if you just said something in game if you saw a /me you wanted me to change to fit your needs
This is a repeat problem and I feel it should be common sense to not engage in this kind of behavior. Let me make it clear, this is not RP that furthers anything of value in the server. This isn't the kind of RP that develops or even builds on anything. Its mindless, meaningless deviancy. This type of stuff needs to stop.

I put so much effort into my characters every single day. Even at work, I wonder at my desk how my actions will create interesting character development.
You saying my characters, my story, my hours and hours of effort add nothing of value to the server and needs to stop really is like a punch to the gut.
All of my characters develop stories, develop relationships, and build a a story for dozens, if not hundreds to enjoy.
What exactly needs to stop? You paint me as some person who has hostile intent, that is not the case. All I want to do is help this server. Please, just drop this mindset about my roleplay. If not, just tell me what I can do to change, do not say "This type of stuff needs to stop." What stuff? Its extremely vague.
As for the ban time, its overinflated since we actually confused you with someone else who engaged in similar behavior with a dash of FailRP. So it will be heavily reduced to reflect the actual punishment that should have been bestowed.
Given everything you have done thus far, including your prior bans, I am willing to bring the time down to a week (Time served counted) with a stipulation.
I was never once warned in game, I was never once messaged about any of this until you threw the ban out and it was too late to do anything. How is that fair?
If I was going out of my way and breaking rules, sure I would see why you would throw a week ban out. But none of what I was doing was breaking any rules. In this case, I want the ban removed entirely. If you tell me what you want changed, then that would count as a warning and then if I do it again even after the warning, THEN I could see you placing a week ban.
I have put an ass load of effort to try and put my heart and soul into this appeal, explaining the details and intricacies of my situation. I ask you to consider the situation and just remove this ban, and guide me on what I should *NOT* do so I can follow what you want out of me
You as a admin should tell me in game through messages or warnings if I am crossing some line that you do not like. That goes for you @Goose as well. I fully respect that if you do not like how my character is acting, you as the administrator should tell me and I can adjust it. I am playing your story, your city, your server. My roleplay effects the entire servers story, like a butterfly effect.
