Earlier today, the rebels blew up a section of the city. This was a hostile action with blatantly obvious repercussions. Below is the list of criteria that this bombing squad is likely to have met during the retaliatory sweep(s) carried out.

These criteria may not apply to every single rebel who was killed, but they certainly apply to a few of them. Blowing up a chunk of the city, while not explicitly stated in the rules, is an action that can directly harm other characters -- even passersby.

However, each rebel (with the alleged exception of one throwaway character) was given NLR instead of a PK. The primary reason for this appears to be that the OTA ignored a rule that was implemented last night. The issue is that this rule was never dictated in any serious capacity to the OTA. Below is Robert's acknowledgement of this fact.

Just because the OTA were unaware of this rule does NOT mean the rule wasn't broken. It was, and so I propose a compromise.

Any rebel that participated in the bombing (or was in the sewers) and that was killed during the FIRST retaliatory sweep should be retroactively PKed. The reasons for this are clearly stated above.

Rebels that were killed in the second sweep (the broken rule one) can stay NLRed. A rule is a rule, and miscommunications do not excuse that.

The bottom line of this thread, if any, is to prompt action and receive written acknowledgement from the staff team that bombing a building (especially so close to citizens) falls under the aggressive actions, and that, when it happens again, retaliatory measures taken by the Combine appropriately PK those involved if they are killed. This is a loophole that needs to be sealed.

None of the rebels died in the first sweep. Everyone who died and were NLRed got killed in the 2nd wave. Which I believe you refer to as the second sweep.

The compromise doesn't make sense. Nobody died in the first raid...only the second one. Also there was no bombing.....

already fixed

why does it have to be a contest? this is supposed to be a collaborative writing effort. you don't see me going "lol get shit on" after the second sweep wiped the floor with you. you don't see any of us doing that.

edit: now that there's a little animosity going on in the thread staff are going to close it for toxicity

Me and Nushi (the other rebel rep) met and decided that if anyone died NOT due to the rule being broken, they should be PKed. Yet, no one died in the first sweep. Thus, I agree and have agreed.

Good. Only time will tell if this remains the case.

it's Sinple realty. i will Now b basking in my Ota scripts btw.

How will you enjoy the scripts if you are NLR'd? I guess I don't understand that part.

who said i died during it?

I saw a video of a lot of people dying, could or could not be featuring you. It is more of a broad question to all involved as I don't completely understand the rules.

I am Xen-ophobic. I do not acknowledge their existence on the world stage.

However, I am not racist. To be inclusive, I have portrayed you as an African-American person,.
