The character was celebrating 10 years of its existence and the rail company was celebrating its 30000 Series’ 10th anniversary of service. Companies love to do all sorts of collaborations there. Still Gudetama represents how many people feel and wish to be like deep down but simply cannot. But to me, it was simply a good laugh or two.
