No, it didn’t. It literally didn’t. You’re actually just lying, the OTA whitelist is a minor part of the discussion (still important since one of our main “choices” (given to only two of us) was transhumanization) and barely anyone who wasn’t involved was there. And even if they were, so the fuck what? It’s my thread, my post, my discussion, why do you get to decide that it’s suddenly “derailed” when it was very much on track?
 
I believe in my humble opinion as a third party that everyone just needs a healthy does of *copium*

I'm telling you the reason it was discussed to be locked. I am no longer part of this conversation due to it not being my situation.
 
Why when you got a "yeah we fucked up, we'll make a proper sendoff soon to give people their characters back" would you attack the person who's actually taking the time to run it?

If it was any other staff member (or person in general) but Robert you'd have been lucky to not get a "okay then go fuck yourself, find someone else to run the finale".

I am telling you that is bullshit. I am telling you that is a lie. You are still part of this discussion, because you locked the thread without even a word and basically false flagged Robert for it, since it was almost immediately after his “I may lock this thread” message. And once again, why wasn’t I, the creator of the discussion and post, consulted on whether or not the thread had needed to be locked? What if I want outsiders to give their opinion just to see the public consensus?

Oh, but that would mean the players would side with us and not with staff or CT, cause y’all know y’all are in the wrong. Y’all know y’all fucked up and y’all’re trying to keep going as if it was fine and we’re all happy to be on the expedition! Well, we fucking aren’t.

Finale was already ran, and it was already decided for us we either die or be rebels.

Yeah, and Robert already said there was going to be another expedition done where people could come back to the city normally, because that finale sucked. He said that in the thread that got locked.

wrong, nobody was false flagged, you made an assumption and got it wrong. the thread was going to be locked anyway
 
Alright. I'll get involved for this.

We can do this logically, even as a part of me believes the event itself by its endpoint was very clearly illogical and unsatisfactory (that's me putting it lightly).
I GM'd in it, but I'll reiterate what I stated in Discord:

So here was the alternative plan that would have deviated from the original plan - Aviator Joe will have arrived with an Overwatch escort to commit into a falsehood reconnaissance to collect the scientists. They would have then been taken elsewhere (or executed as the OSF return inside). This will have brought time for the Overwatch Auxiliaries to observe into the lockdown procedure which (surprise surprise) was actually committed through the Administrative Lockdown Sequence. By that time, the OSA were going to prep up defences in their area as the Overwatch were arriving. There could have been a way out of the situation peacefully, most likely not, but the devious actions of the Overwatch were practically original.

But that didn't happen, unfortunately that idea was cut last minute (Fungle was AFK, he returned just as we were going to do that and as it was Fungle's event, we stated we will commit to Fungle's plan instead. He can explain it should he wish).

I wished for player autonomy, since nobody really knew how long Fungle was going to go AFK (he wasn't well the day prior because he was ill with Flu.)

Mentioned it to the creators of it days ago. I'm putting trust in different people who are actively going to work with fixing those issues are producing multiple follow ups. Multiple other GMs are up for the task, to which I am also taking part for it to run smoothly in every direction. These are people who have been part of the gamemode since the dawn of HL2RP

I can't void what happened in terms of that event. But I will be working actively with the new team being put together to actually do this without going "K S2K time". During the expos, there's definite methods to work with that will be given organic fluidity support.

Before anyone jumps to anything - I'm not allowing anyone to resort toward direct insultation. I expect everyone involved to not go into that area where you're lead to impulsion. Goes for the people that work with me in staffing the server.

Robert has a very minimal involvement in any of it, he's a bystander and came across the thread. Perhaps he had a different perception, perhaps not. But Robert wouldn't straight up lie to you, he's not like that as a person and I can say that with full transparent certainty.

I will admit this: There's people with literal bias against the OSF faction and I've been holding that gate against them for a long time. But this has transformed into something that shouldn't have reached.

we've been told that we have lost everything we have ever had tbh, so imo i dont think anyone at all is gonna go back to the city
e.g credits, sc and some other stuff

I mean 3 people died, one guy who sacrificed, one person who let themselves get taken, and me, who died from getting lost after some S2RP communication issues, AFAIK everyone who died is fine with it.

“Robert said he might lock the thread, so when I locked the thread without even being in the discussion before, you should’ve known it wasn’t they guy saying that’s what he’s going to do.
