Alright, as this is a continuation of THIS POST I will simply focus this report on what the Mentor did, and ignore the rest of the GM'd interaction, as that can be seen on the other post.
What is included in this post is only relevant to the complaint on the mentor.

Yesterday (4/9/2023), two incident ocurred involving this GM that I would like to address in this report:
1: Dismissing critical tickets for no apparent reason that ended up in the NLR of 7 rebels, and feeding constant misinformation without double-checking.
2: GM'ing a situation in the nexus while lacking clear knowledge on how to GM, allowing the civil protection unit to metagame, and taking a powergame situation as valid. (All of the points were later proven by an actual GM @MelonHeadzzz and proof will be along in this post to support my arguments).

1693922616340.pngAt 22:06, after blowing up a dirty bomb in the outlands, I requested for a crime timer to know how to react, or where to hide.

1693922676008.pngShortly, I received a message from Vixen saying: "I don't think you're even gonna get a crime timer" Confusing me even further, as in the rules, it doesn't say anything about being able to "not get a crime timer" and as far as I knew, I was only assisting to an Astro's event...
1693922882942.pngThis was obviously untrue, as later on we'd find out that obviously, we did have a timer. (After we all died)
1693922926195.pngThen, he rectifies and confuses me even further, saying that we are waiting 30 minutes. So when 37 minutes go by, I ask GM's once again and get no response. (Once again, she confuses me and the rest of the group in an ongoing situation when she doesn't have the slightest idea and feeds misinformation).
1693923049243.pngThen, 10 minutes later, she directly dismissed the ticket I had made at the very beginning (10 minutes prior) with the following explanation:
1693923120011.pngOnce again, tells us that we have 30 minutes (Fake information that she hasn't even confirmed with anyone), and then says that she dismissed it because: "entire screen was getting clogged, had to get other tickets through"
1693923191869.pngThen, after 37 minutes went by from the first attack, I talked to kappatalist (Since my ticket was now gone thanks to the mentor), hoping to get an answer. (I never did).

After that, we got into a fight with overwatch, lost, and then this happened:

1693923305201.pngI asked if OTA had to follow the rule of not returning to combat or not (Not because I wanted to accuse them of anything, I simply didn't know), and she took the ticket once again feeding misinformation that she had not checked with anyone:

1693923462234.pngThen she pulls out of nothing that they follow a "15 second rule"????
1693923448223.png Then here, I say that IF they follow the rule, then they can't be in combat at all (The don't need to follow it)
1693923739364.pngThen she goes on mentioning "My side did it", to which I will say I saw no one did it, and even saw people actively DOING it.
Then here is Hiros saying that the rule doesn't even exist for OTA
1693923844585.png
1693923861413.png

Now to the second problem (@MelonHeadzzz is a witness here).

The mentor being reported here decided that he would GM me, as no one else was getting the ticket. (I'm not even sure to what point mentors are even allowed to GM, but whatever).
He then takes on the ticket, and starts GM'ing.
Across the entire conversation, the mentor decided to not do a single /event, respond at /it's to the point of confusing the CP to thinking it was me who was responding, and claiming impossible things. I will add in the most important ones:

Constant misuse of the /it command (It's the only way of communication he used during the entire event, not a single /Looc or event text)
1693924224760.pngWhen I ask how is my character's hand tied to the table, the GM answers by saying "So elena you ARE tied to the table" in a /it...
1693924269257.png
1693924276956.pngAnd in this point (Explained in more detail on the other post linked at the very top), the CP does /r while still not having responded to my /it, and calls in for backup, to which the mentor decides to ACT FOR ME, saying that
"I attempted to make contact with the unit regardless of my tied up state", when I didn't do a single /me for it, and at that very moment I was waiting for a /it to be responded by the CP in question. (Logs can be seen on the 23:44 GMT+2 04/09/2023 to see the entire context). So bascially giving
the unit an advantage, acting for me, and letting him powergame.

After that, I obviously complain, and he says that he'll "timescale" the unit. Moving it out of the room.

After that, she said that we would do a redo. Now, in the first re-do of the situation, my character tried to get up, grab the chair she was sitting in (As her right hand was free), and throw it at the officer. When she got up, the officer continued speaking, which is when I did the second /me to throw the chair. Now,
having meta information, the unit sees me go up, and instantly says "Sit down", to which the GM doesn't even care and allows him to metagame that information like that.
1693924665735.png

Then, to the first powergame scenario that he approved:
1693924783461.pngThe cop tried to aim at me, while taking his zip-ties out and attempting to tie me. (A powergaming /me that tries to do 1000 actions in one, and is phisically impossible) 1693924844751.png
And this was the mentor's response:
1693924860034.png

Then, the unit simply poweragames his way into cuffing me and dragging me away while I'm waiting for a response to a /it that I did after it was imposed on me that I could not resist since he was aiming at my back somehow while tyine me of "how exactly is her hand tied behind her" to know how to be able to resist
and he simply drags me away without responding. (Another proof of powergaming)
1693924961026.pngAnd the GM simply let this happen. (You can even see my //Stop), and then I told the GM to stop him, and he did nothing).
Right after this, FINALLY a real GM and CP rank leader arrived (@MelonHeadzzz ) and started putting things in order. I'll simply add in a few screenshots now that don't require much explanation:

1693925052318.png(referring to the cuffing)
1693925085280.png
1693925127072.pngAnd then the entire situation continued for a few seconds before I was tp'd out.

If anyone wants to see the full video of the event, I'm more than happy to show it to them. I will save it for about a week or two.

There’s nothing for me to say that I haven’t stated to Shimac.

Since this is a complaint against Vixen, I've decided to add her to the conversation for her cent in defending/explaining her actions listed here.

Do not start an argument, either of you.

@Risvolto @AppleFlavoredFox

Okay so, to get this all cleared up, best i can.
1: Dismissing critical tickets for no apparent reason that ended up in the NLR of 7 rebels, and feeding constant misinformation without double-checking.
So we'll start off simple. I wasn't dismissing a critical ticket. Your ticket was the same as 4 other tickets being answered for the exact same question. If your compatriots did not relay the information to you, that was not a fault of my own. I will say that personally, I did ask in mentor once or twice, if you all had a crime timer. To which I did NOT get an answer both times. The "Misinformation" I gave allegedly was a result of getting no response, and then someone later saying something about 30 minutes. Please note I do work while i play the game, so i can get distracted at times. This was one of those times. I admit I DIDN'T double check when i should have. So that was my bad.
2: GM'ing a situation in the nexus while lacking clear knowledge on how to GM, allowing the civil protection unit to metagame, and taking a powergame situation as valid. (All of the points were later proven by an actual GM @@MelonHeadzzz and proof will be along in this post to support my arguments).
Pertaining to this. I will say again, i explicitly said, I am there to assist, and I am NOT a GM, but instead of asking for a GM specifically, you simply continued on. As no GM's responded to my inquiry and nobody took it off my hands after i asked 2 times for GM's come and advise. I ended up continuing until you started hurling accusations about metagame and powergame when you specifically did not understand the situation. You were cuffed to a table. You were given the opportunity to resist, to which you simply said in a /it "How was she cuffed behind her back" You refused to stay IC when told twice by me, and asked by the unit interrogating you, which lead both of us to simply go ahead with it as you did not post a /me to resist even though you said you did. I apologize as i eventually just had Melon come take over because he seemed to be free. As I had to deal with work and I was really kinda... Not interested in arguing with you constantly trying to grasp at straws trying to assault a unit that well... Actually had their gun trained on you pressed against your back. (Lack of fear RP i am assuming)
Shortly, I received a message from Vixen saying: "I don't think you're even gonna get a crime timer" Confusing me even further, as in the rules, it doesn't say anything about being able to "not get a crime timer" and as far as I knew, I was only assisting to an Astro's event...
This i mentioned, i didn't get a response so i assumed since the OTA were already on their way, you guys didn't have one, I need to re-familiarize myself with the rules because apparently things changed since I was last a rebel.
Then, he rectifies and confuses me even further, saying that we are waiting 30 minutes. So when 37 minutes go by, I ask GM's once again and get no response. (Once again, she confuses me and the rest of the group in an ongoing situation when she doesn't have the slightest idea and feeds misinformation).
Again see above.

I asked if OTA had to follow the rule of not returning to combat or not (Not because I wanted to accuse them of anything, I simply didn't know), and she took the ticket once again feeding misinformation that she had not checked with anyone:
I did check actually it was mentioned in mentor chat that there was discussion of the 15s rule. And that's why I told you that (I may have been mistaken or misunderstood). And to clarify three members that had gone down, actually went back into combat to fight the OTA and pushed afterwards towards them, resulting in them getting downed again, which kinda lead to the down fall of the entire group on the boat, three guys pushed too far and got got.

I was under the mistaken thought that, this was a simple thing, as mentors are allowed to take on very small GMing at least what I understand from what the mentor lead told me. This was more or less my fault as I wasn't prepared for you to absolutely go crazy over this. Which I admit, my bad i was unprepared (I also called in mentor chat for a GM but apparently nobody pays attention when they're doing other things.) As for the responding in /it Most GM's i've seen do that to keep LOOC down and keep things more smooth, in hind sight i should've went to LOOC to actually explain your situation, but at this point you were grasping for straws to try and find a way to assault the civil protection officer, who was from what I can tell doing /mec's the entire time. I may also be mistaken as he may have just done them when i started GMing.

And in this point (Explained in more detail on the other post linked at the very top), the CP does /r while still not having responded to my /it, and calls in for backup, to which the mentor decides to ACT FOR ME, saying that
"I attempted to make contact with the unit regardless of my tied up state", when I didn't do a single /me for it, and at that very moment I was waiting for a /it to be responded by the CP in question. (Logs can be seen on the 23:44 GMT+2 04/09/2023 to see the entire context). So bascially giving
the unit an advantage, acting for me, and letting him powergame.
Again at this point i was getting more and more confused, because you had me looking for where he was metagming. You literally made the action without confirming first, If you were tied to the chair or table... I wasn't sure exactly where to go from this point. I suppose I got overwhelmed with you throwing out accusations and got me really confused over what specifically i was looking for, doing my absolute best to cater to both of you. I even called in additional GM's and staff to figure out if there was metagame going on, to which they ruled it was inconclusive and i went with their word on this. Again he had made a /mec meaning you couldn't see it but he keyed his radio then again im not sure exactly how CP radios work if they just transmit at all times or whatever.

This was again DURING the presence of other GM's watching over, they ruled there was no metagame involved or it was inconclusive. However you do have to understand, civil protection units SHOULD NEVER let someone ever get up from their seat regardless of who it is. He was doing his job in an appropriate responsive way to you trying to stand up. Which I mean, again it was labelled that the metagame was inconclusive. So even now I cant figure out if it is or not, because it just plays into logic...

The cop tried to aim at me, while taking his zip-ties out and attempting to tie me. (A powergaming /me that tries to do 1000 actions in one, and is phisically impossible)
1693924844751.png

And this was the mentor's response:
To note. Lemme break this down real quick for you. Because you misunderstood it majorly.
-He places the gun against the CENTER/LOWER CENTER. Of your back
-He then moves to grab one of your hands the one that is untied (which he should've attempted but he was pretty fed up with you at this point oocly. We're only human.)
-He then brings it close to the other that was secured to the table. ATTEMPTING to cuff you with the ties on both hands.
What he didn't do was he didn't attempt grabbing your hand (Which was a bit powergamey but again he was fed up with your arguing and complaining, so i cant blame him but it was still powergame) And he didn't specify unchaining you from the table.

Again, just to get this across, he was really miffed with you wasting his time with complaining instead of seeing the entire thing through and then reporting him afterward. (I was also kinda fed up too which is when i called melon)
Again, you also didn't take into account, fear RP during this, as having a gun pointed at your back, would have in any normal human being, triggered self preservation. meaning cooperation. But its rp; Who cares right? Anyway, after he did that. And started pulling you away i was writing, and had to get him to actually go back so i could finish writing it. But thats when I just kinda got fed up and to really no fault of my own I just poked melon to take over because I was done for the night. I was tired, and in pain from sitting so long working. Had I stayed you'd have a hell of a lot longer post. (I also probably would've instantly lost mentor.)

In conclusion, I am sorry for my transgressions if any. And I greatly apologize for not realizing the actual scope of the situation this would become. But then again, not much you can do to predict how much of a shit show a situation becomes, and thats probably why shit like this is left to actual GM's I wasn't ready to handle something like this as well.. I thought this would just be a simple assault in an interrogation chamber tbh...

Edit: I will keep this in mind in the future as Shemac actually gave me a talking to like two nights ago. And explained to me the bounderies of what i can do and what I cannot do. I will ask forgiveness but I do not expect it; as, well. You seem pretty miffed about the situation that resulted in... Literally nothing happening to your character.. But I digress. Again, I apologize profusely

If your compatriots
To start off, I'll simply use her own words to describe her obvious bias with the combine. The use of this expression clearly exposes the view of rebels as some sort of separate entity of which she's not a part of. Almost even talking about them as if they were "the enemy". Not much else to say.
You refused to stay IC when told twice by me
You used the command /it to tell me to stay IC. I did not know it was you, first of all. Secondly, using /it is literally asking for IC explanations. Not going OOC. In the screenshots it can be seen how the only one that kept going into LOOC is the unit. And if there were any doubts about it, I'm willing to show @Shimac's Stew the entire 1 hour recording in only 10 minutes speeding it up to only read the chat. (Or taking 1 hour, I don't even care)
you did not post a /me to resist even though you said you did
I never said I posted a /me to resist. I said I wanted to resist. Never said I did not want to resist. All the time I was waiting for a /it to be responded.
Not interested in arguing with you constantly trying to grasp at straws trying to assault a unit that well... Actually had their gun trained on you pressed against your back. (Lack of fear RP i am assuming)
Actually called powergaming, as Melon said when he arrived. Secondly, FearRP is not enforced, and even if it was, the unit clearly said my character was being sent to an INCINERATOR. This is not DarkRP. If someone aims at you and tries to bring you to an incinerator, lack of fearrp is not acting in self defense. So don't accuse me.
you were grasping for straws
I was asking for the unit to respond to my /it's, to which he responded to absolutely none of them. Again, I have a 1 hour video to prove it, and also the logs. I was going "crazy" because NONE of my /it's were getting responded and you were allowing it, and not only that, but also incentivizing his powergamey behavior like cuffing me while aiming at my back. A clear powergame /me.
civil protection units SHOULD NEVER let someone ever get up from their seat regardless of who it is
He let me do it the first time, when he didn't know I was going to go up and attack him yet. Then, the second time, knowing what would happen, he told me to sit down and called in units instantaneously. Clearly metagaming the re-do of the situation.

It was categorized as powergame for every single person I showed it to. You can't do 10 actions in one /me. After that action he did, I asked for clarification because as you say, I misunderstood how he was tying my hands, as his /me's are all inconclusive, and he fully ignored my /it yet again, and simply dragged me out of the room.
You have proven to be combine biased during this entire interaction, and the fact that you keep repeating and justifying that he was "fed up with me oocly" when he was the one bringing every single /it I did into LOOC is pretty funny.
Again, just to get this across, he was really miffed with you wasting his time with complaining instead of seeing the entire thing through and then reporting him afterward. (I was also kinda fed up too which is when i called melon)
Yet again. Up until the metagame situation, which is obvious, in which he uses the knowledge gained during the actions before the re-do to play better on his re-do, I had not started a single LOOC argument, and instead it was HIM who started typing on LOOC the entire time. I only started the LOOC argument in two situations: 1:The metagame that got unpunished. 2: The powergaming that got unpunished and you also saw of him dragging me outside of the room
Had I stayed you'd have a hell of a lot longer post. (I also probably would've instantly lost mentor.)
Here, again, you still try to make me look like the bad guy instead of admitting your own mistakes, so I will respond to everything orderly.
FIRST POINT: FEARRP
As a mentor, you are expected to know more about the server than normal players, and the fact that you bring into the table fearrp is hilarious. Fearrp isn't, and hasn't been a thing since willard started(As far as I know), or at least since I started playing for the only reason that if you die, you die. So fearrp is implicit.
Secondly, my character was in drugs while this whole event happened, altho the effects technically ran out before the boat. BUT IF YOU INSIST ON ACCUSING ME OF FEARRP, LET'S GO THE THE THIRD AND BEST POINT
THIRD POINT: THE UNIT FUCKING SAID HE WAS SENDING MY CHARACTER OFF TO AN INCINERATOR. A FUCKING INCINERATOR. IF ANYTHING, NOT RESISTING WOULD INDEED BE FEARRP.

SECOND POINT: You getting fed up on this situation. The sole reason you could've gotten fed up on this situation is because you unreasonably got mad at me because I was the "rebel" and he was the combine. Because again, I didn't start any discussion, and you were simply going along with him in every powergame /me, the metagame, and the fact that even tho he was the one starting the OOC discussions after every single /It I did, it ended up being my fault, somehow.

THIRD POINT: You have been a mentor for less than a week. The fact that you haven't lost your rank yet does not prove anything. In fact, we will see how it goes after this report.

In conclusion, I am sorry for my transgressions if any
Fake apology, not recognizing any mistakes you've done, and blaming me for your mistakes during your entire response, trying to make me look like the bad guy accusing me of things as absurd as breaking FearRP for trying to get my character to escape a certain death.

This is it for my response unless this "mentor" decides to base his next response on, instead of arguing why SHE isn't doing anything bad, directly accusing me of breaking multiple rules, some even non-existant:
1: She accused me of breaking Rule 5
2: She accused me of "not fearrp'ing"
3: She blamed ME for complaining about obvious powergame and metagame situations that were later proven
4: She painted me as a non-rp'er (Right next to the fearrp accusation)

I think I have tried to be respectful in all I could be, and really contained myself from attacking you directly, and I feel the fact that you're using your response to, instead of argue why the things you're accused you aren't true, you used it to:

First: Admit that everything said is right
so i cant blame him but it was still powergame
I admit I DIDN'T double check when i should have. So that was my bad.
(I may have been mistaken or misunderstood)
Second: At the same time she admits to everything, she uses the same paragraph to disrespect me and accuse me of nonsense
Not interested in arguing with you constantly trying to grasp at straws trying to assault a unit that well... Actually had their gun trained on you pressed against your back. (Lack of fear RP i am assuming)
he was fed up with your arguing and complaining
Again, you also didn't take into account, fear RP during this, as having a gun pointed at your back, would have in any normal human being, triggered self preservation. meaning cooperation. But its rp; Who cares right?
Third: Pretend to make a fake apology in which you don't actually admit your fault on anything, and instead apologize for "not realizing the actual scope of the situation this would become"
I am sorry for my transgressions if any

In conclusion, your response can't be categorized as an apology, since that clearly wasn't the intention you had when writting it. It can't be categorized as a defense, since you admit to everything I've said in my report, so the only thing I can see you were trying with this is to make me look like a villain and hope that'd get you off the hook on this one, in which you have failed miserably for the absurds mentioned above.

Good night.

To start off, I'll simply use her own words to describe her obvious bias with the combine. The use of this expression clearly exposes the view of rebels as some sort of separate entity of which she's not a part of. Almost even talking about them as if they were "the enemy". Not much else to say.
First off. I'm not biased to the combine. Just because I run a combine faction, doesn't mean i'm inherently biased towards them. This is the mindset of literally EVERY rebel player i've spoken to. "OH you run a combine faction. YOU ARE COMBINE BIASED" So this just kinda gets tiring. The reason I said "Compatriots" Is because thats what they are, its a bigger word meaning the same thing as "friends" Just because I use it in a statement, doesn't automatically assume I'm biased, thats frankly absurd. So my bad I guess using bigger words. I DO play a rebel character, i have in fact 3 rebel characters. All three of them at different stages in resistance, ones a loyalist rebel, ones a normal rebel, and ones just a normal citizen starting out as a rebel selling contraband. Don't make assumptions please just because someone used a big word.

You used the command /it to tell me to stay IC. I did not know it was you, first of all. Secondly, using /it is literally asking for IC explanations. Not going OOC. In the screenshots it can be seen how the only one that kept going into LOOC is the unit. And if there were any doubts about it, I'm willing to show @@Shimac's Stew the entire 1 hour recording in only 10 minutes speeding it up to only read the chat. (Or taking 1 hour, I don't even care)
Again, my bad, I should've gone to LOOC in the first place to let you know, this entire situation was a misunderstanding through and through. My contribution didn't help. I'm fully aware.

I'm not sure who told you fear rp isn't ever enforced. Many times I've had GM's tell me fear RP is required in many circumstances. If nobodies told you this.. Then that's the fault of GM's and unclear rules. Not my own fault. Yes, you were high, and you probably would've fought back, i don't blame you for that, and again I misunderstood what you wanted and what you were trying to do. I apologize for accusing you of that, again, misunderstanding.
See above, And honestly, i see this all the time playing a rebel. Rebels don't give a shit, they will do whatever the hell they want, because of the shield they have with their groups. The groups have gotten so powerful that a rebel can assassinate a high level loyalist if they wanted to or even kill off several citizens. (and they have semi recently) And then just go hide out their crime timer in the vort cave or another hide out, protected by tons of overpowered and overgeared rebels. The reason you don't ever see fear rp is because nobody has need for it in the rebel scene. The only people that would have reason to use it is citizens. And they DO use it. CWU especially. But to clarify as the logs would say the unit threatened it. But said "If you cooperate you'll be sent to OCR." Again, I was mistaken and I actually thought back to it. Which self preservation is indeed a result of Fear RP. So my bad there.

Fake apology, not recognizing any mistakes you've done, and blaming me for your mistakes during your entire response, trying to make me look like the bad guy accusing me of things as absurd as breaking FearRP for trying to get my character to escape a certain death.
I wasn't blaming you for everything in my post. Why you see it that way is beyond me. What I was doing was posting my side of the story, and trying to clear up any blank spots that I could figure out. Yeah I did a lot of shit wrong. But again, I was unequipped for the situation and had zero idea what the boundaries were to my limits as a mentor GM. Which was later then cleared up by Shemac the same evening.

So, to break this down. I can see how I possibly accused you of breaking rule 5. "Showing a general lack of PainRP, FearRP or any form of RP relevant to the situation, you should not be looting mid-fight for example." Which is one of the ways you can break rule 5. But I again was mistaken, so my bad. "She accused me of not fear rping" Yes I did, which in hindsight reviewing it in my noggin. I can see you did attempt to fear rp a few times but everyone is at fault for this so I can't really blame you, so I remove that accusation or whatever it was. As for point 3. Yes I did accuse you of that which, i mean, Again the actions of my peers said it was inconclusive, i couldn't exactly see how he was metagaming at the time. However the powergame I did have a chat with him about. And point 4? What do you mean? I didn't paint you as a non rper. I never said that, You rp decently, but when other GM's don't wanna touch you with a 10 foot pole? There's an issue there.. I don't know what their issue is with you as I didn't pry but they straight up didn't wanna take over for me to interact with you until i deliberately called melon over. I apologize if I did say you were a non-rper cause that was NOT my intention.

Second: At the same time she admits to everything, she uses the same paragraph to disrespect me and accuse me of nonsense
So I meant zero disrespect when i posted this, as i was just mirroring what others had said about you, in both mentor chat and in LOOC. Which again, is my bad. I don't think I should've done that, because in hindsight it seems pretty rude now that im reading back over the logs i was provided. So I genuinely apologize for that one. I meant zero disrespect, thats not something I have any reason to do. You've done literally nothing to me.

Third: Pretend to make a fake apology in which you don't actually admit your fault on anything, and instead apologize for "not realizing the actual scope of the situation this would become"
Yeah no.. This wasn't a fake apology at all. I'm not good at apologizing as well.. I usually dont see myself as doing anything wrong... (Like 90% of the gmod admin community mind you... Oh god its seeping in) I am usually very blunt and to the point when it comes to things which usually result in people seeing me as very hostile or being a disrespectful bitch. Which causes me more problems then its worth but thats just kinda a result of my personality.. I digress. Again, It wasn't a fake apology; My words were actually correct. I didn't realize the actual scope of what this situation would turn into, going from a minor overseeing of you attacking a unit, to something hyper complicated. And convoluted turning into a complaint. (Which I can't blame you i'd have complained myself if i was in your shoes)

My responses again weren't meant entirely as an apology, they were meant to set the record straight from my POV. The intention was to again show from my POV what happened. I've got no reason to defend really against the accusations because this was a result of me being unprepared to handle GM duties and a result of other GM's just not wanting to take your ticket for some reason. And continued to not want to interact with you and say quote "You're on your own for this one" Or things along those lines when I asked for their assistance. I wasn't intending to make you look like a villain, or try to get myself off the hook. I know I fucked up, like.. Are you that used to people not admitting their fault? I sure hope not.. Because I have admitted my fault. And the fact I even took your ticket shows I fucked up. But again, I assumed it would just be a small thing (Which is within the relm of what a mentor can do).

I don't even know anymore. I admitted I fucked up, And I'm not trying to disrespect people. Again, I am not faking an apology. I am trying to actually tell you that I am sorry I took your ticket in the first place.

This is the mindset of literally EVERY rebel player i've spoken to
I did not know you leaded a combine faction, but the fact that you keep categorizing me as "A rebel player" speaks for itself.
As a more experienced player, I feel I am qualified to mentor you on this subject. No. FearRP is not enforced because there is always something to lose. And if you don't believe my word, here are many screenshots. Some of which even laughing at stuff like the one you were accusign me of.

Rebels don't give a shit, they will do whatever the hell they want, because of the shield they have with their groups
Again, showing off bias
Showing a general lack of PainRP
My character is an addict grandma that actively injects steroids to be stronger, and before that combat took drugs. And while in the interrogation, the first thing she asked for was a painkiller. (And I can prove this with logs of my character casually injecting rave from time to time, or even videos). Clearly she was not feeling pain after taking drugs, and then taking a painkiller.
you should not be looting mid-fight for example." Which is one of the ways you can break rule 5.
Incorrect. Incorrect in everything. Rule 5 relates to the LOOC. Surprised you are a mentor and don't know this. And yes, you are allowed to "loot mid combat" as long as it's not OTA. I assume you're referring to me taking Tengu's gun after mine ran out of bullets. Not only is that realistic, but it's allowed.
but when other GM's don't wanna touch you with a 10 foot pole? There's an issue there..
Yet again, painting me like the bad guy. Can you show any proof of this?

@Risvolto @AppleFlavoredFox

All right, thats enough from both of you.

I've heard enough. Unless it's vital evidence to either of your cases, I advise you to stay your tongue and stop this heated argument.

I will be making the decision on the final conclusion soon.

After some deliberate thinking and conflicting decisions, I've decided on what happens at the end.

While I understand that Risvolto has all right and evidence to justify a complaint against Vixen, the punishment I've decided for her is this.

She will be put under more scrutiny and surveillance while doing Mentor activities. She will not be doing any sort of GMing for 2 weeks (9/22/2023), sticking with only the basic of mentor duties and small-scale refunds.

Even though removal is very much in the right, @AppleFlavoredFox is still new when it comes to being a mentor - Not even a week. Her actions in wanting to help out was noted but her incompetence and being new in a position of administration still shows.

However - Any more severe wrong doings committed, knowingly or unknowingly, by Vixen will have her removed from the Mentor Team immediately. That's my decision.
