    City 52 was actually destroyed on-server during The Long Haul short stories, and was a pretty major plot point. Not many characters left that witnessed it, but a few pop in every now and then (mine included).

    As I said, it was a citizen character, and just random stuff in inventory from previous testing session. Don't take anything you see other than the feature being demonstrated for final result :)

    The coughing only happens in the gas zone or when you reach lethal levels. There's no real indication of how much gas someone else has unless it is lethal.
