Fixed POS Device - CID Binding Issue?

Implemented Trash Bag Adjustment
I will say a key factor that has me playing my CivPro character more than my civ is my dread for the trash grind. It's not bad in itself, but as described above, you must grind in order to obtain a decent amount of material, on top of others also doing the same and snagging the few bags...- Matt

Suggestion Cooking needs to be improved.
