    Technically the limits are between 6’4” and 6’11” with Coterminous all generally being 6'4" and Coterminous always being on the low end of height by design. Though Conterminous were originally going to be 6'2" so I might reduce them by 4 inches to a flat 6'0" (all coterminous are at 6'0" then)...

    This has been updated so Biotics can access the Upper Sewers. Note - The lower/canal level of the Sewers is still off-limits as the upper sewers is just on the edge of the Collar Activation Zone.
