@lemon You should also write this in a way to remind the CCA that the Scientific Act was passed at the last Sector Meeting. We just completely forgot about its implementation so it would be good if you added a reminder here along with the rest of the text on this page.

As for the survival of your conscripts. I might run a sweepstakes or something to ensure the survival of at least 25 percent of the conscripts from that event. Have them reappear (they went MIA) during Chapter 2 and the three that did get back to City 24 were the exception, not the rule.

The focus right now is on Chapter 2 which will be far more balanced then Chapter 1 as its a megaevent and will likely also have a lot of external quality control compared to the lack of care towards Chapter 1's development (sorry, but C1's development was practically a one-man-effort with some...

I'm not doing a redo. We understood the problems with this event and gave the conscripts some advantages in the lore to account for them. However, I'm not redoing this event. Ever. I would rather resign then have to go through the same development hell then this event went through. A enforced...

4/12/2021 Update Freed Vortigaunt Applications are hard closed until the Megaevent (8th of Jan). No Freed Vortigaunts will be approved under any circumstances until then, either by application or alternative circumstances.

What I forgot to mention is the fact that I would not recommend the addition of these abilities without my initial statement (Vortal Energy pool) as they could not even be easily balanced in the first place without a limited Vortal Energy pool (and thus a way to limit the growth of Vortessence...

Honestly the best solution to this endless Vortigaunt Balance debate would be to actually invest in adding the features that I've suggested in the past regarding a limited pool of Vortal Energy and additional ablities apart from just the Vortigaunt Beam and the Vortigaunt Shock. A lot of these...

3/12/2021 Update Raptorian has been appointed as Vortigaunt Lead There has been several changes to the roster since the last update, but I must address a major problem: We are nearing the faction cap Thus all applications that will be accepted after number thirty will only be accepted on a...

Someone has clearly been playing too much Final Fantasy VII (or the Remake, or one of the many side games).

This is automatically denied. All MAA characters must be a previous member of the 103rd (Antlion Battalion) from City 24.

No. HMMLR are ECs in City 2 and are unrelated to the MAA. I've noticed that a few people here may not have a MAA character from the event we had previously. Let me repeat myself: The signup for this event is limited to the previously signed up members of the Arteria Arm and individuals wishing...

Sign up for HMMLR characters is now open! If you wish to sign up for a HMMLR Character then create it using the HMMLR format at the start of this thread. You cannot sign up for a HMMLR character if you are already participating in this event as a conscript. Soldiers will only need to fill...

The Remnant Elders Written by Equinox Art by Ghost Recon Captain Rex Upon our sacred homeworld, we turned to them in their elder wisdom for millennia and beyond. As the fires of the Great Enslavers drove us out, into the wretched grip of the Nihilanth, we clung to their words like the very...
