The reason you were banned?: unserious roleplay
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Well i am not sure as to why i was banned? I was warned for a unserious /me which I wasnt able to actually clarify what it was exactly (Astro) - if it was for the fact i did /me groans for attention as i was stuck at 22 hp for like 15 minutes? then surely thats unfair as even then I called admins who fixed it up. And the reasoning states that i was not giving an opportunity to for others to respond to my /mes? Which shouldn't be the case as i've been careful to lets people respond to? Could i have forgotten to do so, maybe, considering im relatively new, a 4320 minute ban for that is quite something. Like cmon, i was so excited to get on, you could've warned me that i'm crossing the line with it no longer being serious... I was just genuinly excited the server was back up and was having fun with some of the guys lol..

These are not /me’s that have any substance or quality. This is why you were warned. To clarify, I don’t handle any sort of appeal process in-game, I handle them on the forums so that I can provide the evidence in full.

Sure the big daddy CP may have been over the top. But everything else is valid? What is wrong with it?

Remembers CP having broken english, was one CP who was forcing me to give a bribe or I die and their english wasnt the best.
/me strats running. Simple enough.
/Me senses the sarcasm. This was in response to the sarcastic reponse a CP gave to me regarding our discussion.
The /me regarding dialects was quite clear? Someone types as if they're in the highlands and it's not substantial or quality for me to ACKNOWLEDGE their dialect? Wtf?

All of these are acceptable. I believe they have substance as YOU WEREN'T there so you DO NOT HAVE THE CONTEXT, yet you sit here and have the audacity to say these have no substance or quality? Me and most of the CPs were having fun and actually cracked a few laughts.

And I find it quite pointless a staff member dishes out bans, warns and stuff and NOT confront or deal with it ingame, but in the forums after all these have been dished out? This is awful practise which you should relook. Evidence? Sure if can be posted on the forums, but often a verbal warning suffices. And right now I feel like your nit picking. I stand by what I said and if that's your issue then I think you need to step back and re-evaluate.

Considering our Ban Manager actioned this ban, I’m looking into it instead as the administrative lead.


Cutting straight to the point: Not a single one of your /me’s can be considered up to the quality standards we expect at Willard.

A /me expresses what others around you can see you doing. Your emotes suggested that others can somehow read your thoughts, and were extremely low effort. “/me is sad” is not a valid /me. Write the action your character is performing that indicates sadness to those looking at them.
Willard is a serious RP server and we do not have any characters that can read minds. We won’t tolerate any /me’s akin to those you were doing, and we expect you to brush up on the rules during this ban.

I stand by what I said

I advise against this, because you can and will be banned again if you continue roleplaying in this manner.

Furthermore, you were already mentored before your ban, so I do not believe this to be a case of shooting first, asking later.

The ban will remain in place.
