Bug Can't use /scenetextadd

Bug: Can't use /scenetext add
Description: Tells me I have already placed a scene text down, but /scenetextremoveall insists i dont have one down. This happens across all of my characters. Now, several people have insisted that it's a donator feature. @Imperator RAD-X however said he had no idea about this and it's not on the donator page.

And a couple of people had no idea players could ever use them, but they absolutely used to be able to and they saw a ton of use by players in the past. My personal theory is that the player limit for scene texts may have been set to 0, but because donators get additional scene texts, they've supposedly been able to place them still. But I have no idea, really.

So - Have scene texts been removed for players, made donator only, is this just a bug? I've seen a couple mentions of it in the discord before, but that's it.

It works for donators, not for normal players.

I believe this is to prevent an over-abundance of scenetexts splattered across the map, or potential bad-actors utilising the feature negatively.

This is because, being a donator 'increases the limit of scene texts' you can have.

The limit of scenetexts for donators is increased from 0, to 3.

The command was given to players for a long time, but it stopped approximately 3 years ago give or take. I remember being a regular player in i17, and I put my own scenetext in the warehouse. After we left, and got back to c24v4, it had said over and over again that I couldn’t place anymore. I thought this was because I left one in another map, but I found out it’s because I no longer had permissions. Now typical players need to ask staff to place scene texts for them.
