Chapter 1 Aims to close around the end of February (That is an aim said by Leadership in the TLM Channels). After which GMs are looking at options of whether a Chapter 2 is to take place, or not, dependent on what occurs within the next few weeks. There is the simple case of running Chapter 2 after the end of Chapter 1 after a chunk of downtime, or move Chapter 2, to a short story format whilst working around V3. But with all things relating to this event series, It's slowly coming to ahead and close. If GM Teams are willing, they could let some people in, but it'll likely, and unfortunately, simply be too late to join in at this time.
