Character age: Somewhere between late 20's to early 30's
Backstory: A Foreigner too America her Grandmother had brought Octavia from Canada and having extensively worked, had brought them to live with relative light poverty compared to most during the time as an avid worker out of garages on recently mass produced motorcars that were popular at the time, this provided young Octavia the opportunity to grow her knowledge in the field of gears and their effects in mechanics, into her adolescence and young adulthood she focused her efforts towards her heritage and brought her focus on the matter.
Finding a job working out of an auto shop she made decent money off of commissioned sales and commissions on some of the parts she continued to make a decent existence into the stripping of her rights along most of the human race, finding a time among the wastes of the Americas and the recent extermination of much of the infestation in the Americas, the new face appeared among the flood of new faces that sheepishly coexisted in the once hazily remembered past of blurred faces and unknown thoughts of of once done atrocities during the time, even so. It brought her to begin working through the region to gain the attention of the Patriots, and conspirators within the region so that she could both survive among the wastes; and make an impact among those also trying to stand up too the invaders.
Using an extensive previous history of tool & Dye they'd take up jobs repairing weapons and arming of locals eventually leading too Octavia using her skills to assist others in their endeavors of securing safe locations to execute plans and provide tools and equipment too others using their knowledge of tools and handling of them to fashion light equipment.
The Patriots had offered an olive branch of a chance of fighting back a seemingly endless and oppressive invader and as many others that flocked too it's name in the beam of resistance, she took a sudden energetic spurt in attention in her efforts once she had joined the Patriots, seemingly finding purpose within the group and keeping herself as well as others well equipped in spite of their dire situation.
Character Stakes: This is the final call of the Americas, a chance to take a stand with the fall of the Infestation a chance to seize lost land and secure footholds so that we may avoid extermination and get ourselves out of this crucially dire position we are in.
