Pre-Face:
When you die, you are not given any reaction time to do anything. All your time, sometime months, maybe even years for some people of roleplaying is gone without being able to type your final reaction to the end of your characters life.
The Suggestion:
Final Reaction Death Time: After you bleed out or are finished off, you are presented with 2-3 minutes to do your final /me's before the screen fades to black. This will allow you to properly roleplay your death instead of being presented with a lame YOU ARE DEAD screen, allowing for a satisfying cinematic experience. Characters are roleplayed for months, and to allow them a passing few moments to express their final actions is a way to respect the dedication players put into their characters rather than just be presented with a death screen instantly.
Admins will have to code it so you cannot /radio or /yell during your final moments
Put a warning in the final death screen saying not to powergame as well in your final /me's

The Pros & The Cons
Pros:
Gives a respectful way to players to send off their characters
Allows for final character development, reacting to others around you in sorrow and pain
Allows more roleplay.
Cons:
Admins will have to code it so you cannot /radio or /yell during your final moments so people cannot abuse it. This is a death reaction; you can't make a final stand. Put a warning in the final death screen saying not to powergame as well in your final /me's
