The Cadre Legion is infamous, and it's solely comprised of an entire detachment of specialised Airwatch Soldiers of the devious Transhuman Arm. City Thirteen's ability to militarily control all of Sector Ten shows it is one of the most dangerous armed unit's in the empire to this day. Every pursuit of keeping social order with any deployment of the Elite Cadre results in a great mixture of "Shock and Awe"... and air strikes, combined with the use of high-tech equipment not really seen amongst other Combine airwatch and skyshield elements elsewhere.

French OSF Battalion 'Guarde De'La Republique' (* Citizen or Civil Protection Whitelist)
Arcenaux's Republic Guard and Proselytes are a fanatical militia dedicated to the Combine's objectives in City Thirteen; though remain absolutely loyal to Administrator Arcenaux. It is known by their sheer overwhelming numbers that it came to no surprise when their numbers had surpassed that of the city's Civil Protection. Arceneaux's Proselytes are well looked after by the Administration, given additional benefits upon joining - though their zealotry makes the rest of the Combine's grip on the city rather uneasy...

Surviving Loyalist Remnants in London (*Citizen Militia loyal to the Union) [See Survivors]
Stuck behind their once former comrade's lines, they fight for survival against Delmond's Dynasty and his defector faction. They face their former brethren in Southwark, London. They are low on ammunition, and are on the brink of being overrun by a three-way threat of resistance, defectors and necrotic infestations alike. Whether they still held true to City Thirty-Two's futurism ideals, City Thirteen's Republicanism or City Twenty Four's iso-centric league, they all have one enemy; and that is Delmond.

Louis Lambert began to put up posters, depicting the City-24 Administration as Stupid, non union, and generally evil. Whilst depicting the people as lost, misguided, and in need of help from their tyranny.

Him and his many OSF soldiers began to join Civil Protection in guarding, actively attacking any rebel attacks, or simply helping the CWU. Recently, they've now been told to go to City-2, after Delmond had gone rogue to create his own dynasty. The now Captain was the first of hundreds to be in line for this mission.

Character Bio: The Irish were always ones to fight against the British in some way, shape, or form. While Rian - nicknamed by his fellow loyalists "Celtic Ryan" - didn't exactly support the all-British CCA, he still helped the Combine's reign. He held a relatively low position, as a liaison for civilian-to-CCA affairs. This is why he was distraught when the city he once knew and protected under the Benefactor's name fell to Delmond's Anti-Combine defection. The middle-aged man took up arms to help defend whatever inch of loyalist territory remained. He was injured once but was luckily pulled to the rear lines of whatever loyalist territory remained in Southwark. Now, with his fellow Loyalists to the Union, he's stuck, low on ammunition, and trying to contact any soldiers on their way to help them extract from this Benefactor-forsaken city.

If anyone from the Overwatch Standard Forces copies, this is Rian Ó Maol Mhaodhóg. We've been pushed back to Southwark and we're surrounded. The OCIN here is out of service, the Civil Protection here joined Delmonds forces, and we're running out of supplies. I've been doing my best to keep the lads and lasses here loyal, but I think we're all runnin' on low here.

To keep it short: WE NEED ASSISTANCE. I know wiring up a radio like this is against the law, so punish me if needed, but this is also an open broadcast - so I'm praying to the Benefactors ye all get this. Bishop CHARACTER BIO: A former butler of the Combine Civil Administration under Delmond Blake's rule, this elderly servant is one of the sole members of Blake's personal cabinet not to defect.
