Updated the tables to a more readable format. Removed myself from a few positions.

- Faction Manager has been deleted and replaced by Gameplay Manager
- Specialized Manager roles have been moved from the Staff roster to the below Community & Teams roster
- Renamed Staff Manager to Head of Staff
- Removed Content Creators from this Roster
- Removed Mentors from this Roster
- Both of the above removed (Mentors and CC) will be moved to the upcoming Teams & Community Organisation Chart.
- Added Rebel Representative Role to the Faction Lead Positions roster.
- Balance Lead renamed to Balancer & Rules Lawyer

More formatting changes to come, just in the process on making our setups cleaner, more readable and more understandable- while also internally organising everything to ensure less confusion on who is who, who does what, etc.
 
After enduring a long year of uni, our favourite hat @Fedora returns to the Willard staff team in style. Glad to have you back :)
 
BMD Managers updated.
Gameplay Team added, replacing Balance Team.
Settlement Masters removed.
 
@Shimac's Stew resigns from his Mentor Manager position. The slot will remain vacant for now, and applications will stay open.

@Gr4Ss has resigned from his PK Manager position. The new PK Manager is now @NitroSky
 
UPDATE.

- Server Council Members updated.
- Rebel Reps updated.
- CCA & CWU Assistant leads added.
- PK Managers updated.
- OAA removed. (CCR exists)
 
Roster updated:

- Removed some old users from the list
- Cleaned up some rosters that were repeated
- Fedora has resigned
- Dej and Wraygun are new CCR leads
- Asimo is still marked as staff, however, has been suspended temporarily
- Neonity is still HOS but memesky takes their place during their temporary suspension
- Ultima is still a PK manager, however, they are also suspended.

Rebel reps edited, Badger is the new rebel lead with Gutsy having stepped down along with Tengu.
 
Vortigaunt faction leads updated:

@TheDeNuke will take a more neutral role behind the scenes as general faction oversight.
@Candle and @MelonHeadzzz added as faction leads, and will be in more direct positions as the main faction leads with all the responsibilities - inquiries and issues should primarily be directed to them.
