Apologies for the smuggler locker. Someone was asking about it earlier. Consider it a mixup and I shouldn't have brought it up.

However, onto the topic of this discussion, you used /charfallover /chargetup multiple times and bragged about it in OOC. Obviously you intended to glitch in.

I didn't glitch in. I pushed the man who threw me in. I remember pushing him with right click, he got mad at me and I did /charfallover in the dumpster bin. This was a simple joke to "RP as a hobo" or some joke shit like that. He grabbed me and threw me over. I didn't do this PURPOSELY, which is why it's false.

I am just giving some logs to try and give some context into the situation.
I wasn't there to see it, so consider my insight nothing more than my interpretation of the logs.
From what I see from them, I see intent to disrupt roleplay. This may be interpreted differently however.

Two of those were OOC. The other two was an IC event that went on, so technically I had a reason to talk about it, I guess.

I didn't minge punch, it was more of a relaxing and messing around in VC, so I went up to him and pushed him.

When @Kaligni used his Adam Smith character to infiltrate into the nexus, it was genuine, and roleplayed accordingly. It would seem like he got a taste for it however, judging by the bragging, and the blatant attempts to get back into the nexus via /charfallover.

I didn't blatantly try to get into the nexus. It seems the fact that I didn't WANT to get grabbed is ignored. I simply fell over in a dumpster as a joke hobo RP. I also don't know what you mean by bragging; I'm trying to explain to him that I did facilitate roleplay, I'm not telling him this because I want to boost my ego or whatever.

I did jokingly yell and say shit to everyone around like "Throw me over wall yeah!" but it was clearly a joke. I didn't expect for that to happen if it did happen, as I did the command and pretty much tabbed out to talk.

There’s always an argument to be made, however I said this, fell over once, no one grabbed me, then I waited a bit before falling over.

I want to emphasize the timeline is distorted and lots of things are left out.

Honestly, if it's possible to be thrown over that wall via the dumpster then I don't personally have an issue with it (my opinion won't contribute much to your appeal anyhow). CPs exist for this kind of thing anyway, why should trespassing be prohibited from an OOC perspective?

But really my problem is the way you lose a pretty eventful character, successfully infiltrating the nexus, and then instantly try and go for it again on the same day but with a new character. It does seem rather mingey and deliberate.

You had another guy drag your ragdoll over the wall. Then the CP picked you up and threw you down. I saw you do it and I'm the one who made the report.

All I saw was you fell over in front of the Forcefield and somehow landed behind the Forcefield, then I picked you up and put you behind it and asked in the current VC if any Mods were available to which I was given the Answer "no", so I banned you.

I didn’t glitch in, I was thrown in by another player, according to the people of this thread. Keep in mind when you fall over, vision is obscured greatly. @DanteeZe This would be IC. i see why you think I glitched but I don’t think that is exploiting

Spoke to Hiros and Kaligni on Discord. After checking logs and reviewing the situation that occurred, a ban reduction was instead given to a day. Since the day ban has technically already passed. Me and Hiros decided to just simply revoke the ban instead.
