Yo

This is a simple post about the obvious matters in the Forums. For years now there have been individuals, which are only posting toxic things in any form. Using any opening and excuse to write up something to damage one other... I feel like this type of behaviour is not only showing someones mental state, it also shows your character. The deep hate rooted in some people against each other is concerning.

I will give one example of many. @Neonity one of the professional haters on the forums... She always finds ways to write up a negative post. The worst part is, they got a clique... they have some "power" or whatever you want to call it. They are faction leads and what not, don't care. In the end it damages the server. Imagine me or someone else that would like to get into an faction gets denied by the sole fact of OOC disliking of eachother.

With this post I invite @Neonity to call me up on discord and make peace. I just want to have fun, leave me and others alone... You don't even play on this server but your actions in the forums influences it. I hope one day, whatever that is bugging you will disappear. I just wish that the hate that got pent up inside of you will be gone some day, I truly wish that. Please don't let it out on other people.

Love Muho <3 let's have fun!

PS: Maybe some others can share their views too, I only named @Neonity because she is the perfect example of what is wrong in the servers... there are more names that I don't want to name. BUT feel free to reply similar experiences, maybe we can find a solutuion.

NO MORE TOXICITY IN FORUM! <3

we should all just be nice to each other what about that

Why isn't it possible to remind me privately? Same outcome. The intend of posting it publicly to put someone else in a bad light, that is the toxic part.

How is it putting you in a bad light when it is an application process? The whole point is to provide all necessary information so leads and Faction Management can review all the information at their fingertips. Only staff have access to ban history; therefore, it is common for the ban history of multiple applicants to be posted in their respective applications.

Review other applications, and neonity has done the same thing; none of those people complained about having their ban history posted; all the others apologized for not including it or what have you not, and then fixed the application as such.

You were the only person to shoot back in a very hostile manner towards neonity, what gives?

Regarding the thread,

I encourage administration to lock this thread, since what remains of the discussion is arguments about what wrongs have been made and by who. I agree to the author since for the time of participating in the thread, since I questioned about why calling for the action to humorize someone led to a collective review of validation by a clique on how much i play on the server.

I am a user who joined since 2021 and have taken part in plethora of experiences, whether on official or on short stories in smaller sessions. When a member of staff contributes to checking the validity of a forum user's opinion as if I am an outsider solidifies what this post is about, which has left an impression to what the author was trying to say holds up to what little could be experienced in such short time.

It's appropriate now to remind us of the message from our community leaders a year ago to us in the dilemma which this very thread is about.

"Willard Networks does not condone the influence of ideological behaviours festering within the playerbase. As we are a gaming community, we wish to present a habitable and non-toxic environment to all its playerbase as much as possible. The community of Willard is a melting pot of many individuals of different backgrounds that fit into a variety of categories. It is also recognised that within this melting pot arises a plethora of social thoughts and processes that appropriate what Willard stands upon as a foundation of its community in general. We expect our players to politely to treat each other with the respect and decency upon which you would expect in return. We do not give individuals specialised treatment for any reason; whether it may be positive and / or negative in equal mannerism within an inclusive environment. Please enjoy yourselves."

I thank you for your time and caution reading my reply, upvote the thread if you agree.

Shut it down.

Yo, all.

I just want to mention to everyone in the thread that no-one is in the wrong about how they feel or wish to explain their case. I'll admit that even I am sometimes responsible for some toxic shit when I get angry. After I've been carefully reviewing the thread and its evaluations made outside through the forums by tracing history, I have an inkling that I know what is upsetting you.

Tensions are hot between a handful of people, but I can state there's a million different ways this could have been provided in terms of examples.

Yes, there are calls for de-escalation and people to treat others with common decency / respect. We're human after all, and emotions tend to boil up. Believe me, I know. So all I'm asking for everyone to do is just try to work with each other and keep it real. I want this to be the community's priority.

Yes, it does look like a Neon-hate-train in this thread. However since your beef is with Neon alone in this very specific circumstance, while the thread is trying to be applied the community as a whole - this needs careful navigation and empirical points behind it. But this shouldn't be a hate-train. That's not fair.

Maybe it's language, maybe it's contextual, maybe it's psychologically influenced. It could be a combination.

Despite this, more people than just you view the clashes as a problem and I do absolutely agree. I am on your side on that. Highly reasonable to state that server affairs become exhausting and uninspiring when we're just here to play together on games and instead end up scrapping.

I'll figure something out to bring down and ease the tensions but all I'm asking is that we avoid spotlighting unless the staff are actually doing something they absolutely shouldn't be.

I know you're upset Muho. It ain't your fault for being upset and I concern how you feel about toxicity to be valid. However I feel this thread could have been written better and more focused on community concerns regarding toxicity in general so we can better address it. But that is my only friendly criticism.

Matters will be taken to direct messages and / or internal announcements made in regards to moderation.

Questions, you may PM me on the forums for a continuation.
