New loyalist system bad. vote

I don't have a lot of specific points but I know others will/might.
My main thing is it is making underclass the new brown band and making the red tier a dollar store party member. It also raises the base tier from 40 SC to 80 SC which means most of the new people with the normal tier will be underclass and unable to learn half the map and do half the things.
A change could be making the restrictions only apply to certain socio-whatever levels. And while this is going to not really impact older players, it will certainly impact new players who were fine but now are far worse off with restrictions they don't know about that limit them to a quarter of the map even though this should be the stage where they explore and figure out the server.

This sounds like a nothingburger... I like change; this new system will be more streamlined. I'm sure existing characters will be bumped up via code, like how it happened last time.

As mentioned on discord, but for clarity. Seems there was an error as the Code still considers 80 as the regular tier. But can always review and see if 40SC is better per the old. Probably a small topic within itself regarding the new system.
