So, here's an interesting idea, rebel Vort clothing. Basically, rebel clothes fitted onto Vorts, let me run down all of the items needed.

Headwear
The Beanie:

Headwear
The Beanie:
The beanie would be the stiched cloth beanie that can be used by both humans and Vorts.
Though it might keep the Vort warm, it also covers up your three smaller eyes.
(The item for it would be the normal beanie worn by humans)

Torso and Body Gear
Blue Jacket:
As the name implies it's an unbuttoned blue shirt with raised sleeves, it doesn't bear any resistance insignia or any kind of protective gear.
It's stitched together, with some parts of it being torn off and the cloth itself dirty.
(this would be its own separate item named "Blue Unbuttoned Shirt")
Kevlar and Armpads:
This is the Civil Protection standard vest now fitted for the vorts torso and third arm (with now a gaping hole pierced in the chest area)
This would also come with Armpads with marked-off Combine insignia
(This would be its own separate item named "Modified Kevlar and Armpads")
(Nothing in-game that I could find really resembles it but it's just the normal Kevlar vest worn by rebels.)
Legwear
Blue Padded Pants:
This is a pair of dark blue pants that have been strapped some padded leg armor and some small pouches on the waist
The Padded Pants themselves haven't been changed so drastically that they can be worn by both humans and Vortigaunts
(The only real difference is that the pants themselves would be rolled up.)
(This item would be the same pair of padded pants worn by humans)

Conclusion
That's all that I really had to say, please leave your feedback in the replies.
