RebelRP ISN’T Dead

This isn’t a complaint, but rather a praise.

People that complain about RebelRP being dead don’t take initiative in doing stuff that matters. Everyday several admins are basically just waiting for people to approach them about work, but I see people usually just interact with them, then dip.

Rebels, y’all gotta just start being real. Start asking for work instead of hiding away in your base or the sewers. Take a job from a shady guy, blow up a tunnel, make it fun for yourself without just making it a chore for random civilians. And remember, stop complaining. I know it’s ironic for me to say this, but if even I’m saying to stop whining, you know something’s up.

Thank you to the staff and creative team who wait around for those inquisitive like myself who are willing to actually looking for work ICly as their rebel. Keep up the good work, y’all!
 
Based player blows up CP checkpoint and disables it for three or four days. Never thought I'd see the fucking day instead of bombing the ration distribution terminal for the 5984753457948th time, tbh.

Idk where you've been but from what I've seen lately they've taken a full 360 from generic terrorism (Bar ron's death) They're handing out food, Policing the slums when Civil Protection wont venture in there due to the zombies. They've started somewhat working propaganda (Needs a lot of improvement).

The strict regime changes have massively resulted in a shift towards people openly spouting anti-civil speech towards the combine as a result of the crack downs on anti-civil behavior and just rebellious stuff in general. The rations cancelling out have been a big hit/miss for the first few days you would starve or die of thirst/w/e Now the rebels and humanitarian groups are working to give out food and water to those in need.


Honestly as much as the food stuff kind of blows and the shop economy is ass right now (Rent needs to be eliminated as it's killing DOB Rp 400 credits bi-weekly for a slum shop)


That being said, I've seen A-lot of improvement and changes then from D9 and prior and I find the server really fresh and interesting and hope to see more groups of people come together and form like the guys trying to rebuild the homeless shelter and the slums defacto Police which have been essentially our only saving grace lately from the zombies and headcrabs.


The daily destabilization is great Aswell the atmosphere so far has been nailed. Big round of applause to the staff team GM's And CT included!

The events today with the Tyrant were pretty awesome seeing Civil Protection battle an alien beast they had no chance in hell of defeating was interesting.

apparently someone set off a bomb in the city today and it caused a massive state of panic, debris falling all over the place and the entire city turning into a shitstorm. the admins/GMs let it happen and even encouraged it. this might've just been an event but they made an OOC announcement saying 'whoever caused it can't disconnect or switch characters', so it was just a thing someone did for fun.

shit like this can happen to pretty much anyone. if you can apply effort into making rebel cope post threads then why cant you apply the same effort into asking staff to help you do stuff? it doesnt hurt to get help from an outside source. hope that rebel rpers get that through their head and actually try to have a bit of fun with this mindset

rebels, definitely do not blow up the one remaining Nexus chokepoint to cause mass instability throughout the district.

That would be terribly inconvenient.
