I am going to lock this post with this closing message.
This is not 2019-2020 anymore, this is not the dark ages of Willard and this is certainty not a time where the Freedom Policy exists. The Freedom Policy and Freedom of Speech policies of Willard are long gone and are never coming back. Why? Because quite simply if you haven't look around at society it is changing in line with a few special rules to ensure everyone pays the price for every single word that ever exits their mouth, even if accidental.
Does anyone like this change in todays world? Well you can see most would rather not be restricted but at the same time, we here at Willard do at least understand there is consequence behinds ones words- even if you think that [Insert lel funny meme A] may not be offensive, another might. Whether it be a individual, group, culture or religion. While this is the internet and people believe their anonymity grants them the right to say whatever they please, quite frankly it is piss poor behaviour. If you go into a building lets say and try doing the same thing, you will find everyone in the room may look at you some being okay but disturbed, others will beat the ever living shit out of you.
Such things in the modern world may even go to the extent of getting fired, kicked out of places, sanctions to your name and erasing you from existence. Some even going as far to throw you in jail to add insult to injury. If you don't like that which of course, understandably some see as Tyranny because lets not lie, in a lot of cases it is- but you are going to have to deal with.

From reading this page, you can see a number of things that has caused Willard trouble in the past, and we have been in trouble with them a few times. You
@Equinox should know this above all others as you were also present in the Community at the time too. We had to spend a good month cleaning the discord out of all the Nazis, throwing up rules, removing all forms of offensive content to any religions, groups or special individuals and ensuring any and all content deemed "Unsafe" by Discord was pretty much erased. They also made it clear that Tenor GIFs aren't moderated under the same policies as Discord, so sometimes Discord Moderators have to ensure that certain Tenor GIFs are deleted while monitoring their communities. Making it clear that Tenor does not = safe.
Moving on- someone earlier already explained why your posts can easily be seen as offensive so not going to drag on about that like a broken record repeating the words of another. You should understand and not be acting the way you do- what I will say is that this situation should now be resolved... mostly with some added salt mind you and some unhappiness here and there within the Community regarding your awful reputation... that you have been granted a role providing super limited access to our content, discords and forums.
You know full well why you were banned in the past, you should know full well why you were banned for what you did recently and thus nothing should be of surprise.
I want to reiterate, this is not 2019, this is 2023 and Discord TOS is what we stick by as a Community Server operating with access to all their partnership benefits which can only be maintained as long as we have these strict policies in place. I can even tell you now that if you went into court explaining things like you did, they would more than likely demolish you for the sole fact that you are essentially downplaying what you did, but attempting to deflect responsibility for your actions.
