I was inspired by @YungJenkins to make this, though I had planned not to originally.
This isn’t really all, like Jenkins I don’t really know how long I’ll be gone, just that it’s for a while. I wanted change and was told it was coming, yet it never did. The issues I have are seen as foolish to the staff and are never really taken seriously. I’ve known what being lead-on feels like, and this is what staff tend to do when certain problems or issues arise.
There’s a good bit of staff I like, begrudgingly or not, but the majority tends to not want to admit the cut throat nature of it all. Internally between teams, inside each team amongst themselves, and to the players, there’s an unforgiving nature to it all except a certain few who will always be welcomed back.
For now, I’ll lurk on the Discord and occasionally check here, but server wise I’m done.

@YungJenkins
The inspiration for this post, you and I mirror each other in some ways. We’ve both fucked up, we’ve both known we’ve fucked up, and we know when others fuck up. It feels like you and I are the only people I’ve seen actually come out and say “Yeah, I was wrong for doing it like that, my bad. I’m sorry”. I know how hard it is to swallow your pride and admit that you’ve fucked up, and I respect that you could do that while still keeping that goofy side of yourself.
We actually have really similar experiences here…
@reece
My main man, and voice of reason, you’d always understand my troubles and would talk me down where I needed it, but also understood that a lot of what I said was right- just delivered rather crudely. Genuinely one of the people from here I’m gonna remember for a while, as you’re just objectively a cool and chill dude.
@Rabithunter
The only admin who’d actually try to understand what the issue was instead of blowing it off. I appreciate all the effort you put into everything, in and out of the server, but I fear that being staff has made you lose some touch with the actual playerbase… still, you’re a good man, in game and out. I know, I’ve seen your house!
@M!NT
I still don’t know what you really think of me, but I just know you’re smart and I respect what you say. The occasional double standard when it comes to telling people to apologize, but that comes with being staff. My respect comes from several things, your dev work, your staff work, your server work (trash man), and of course as my fellow Southerner. You’d understand that just because I was being crude doesn’t mean I was trying to be rude. I appreciate you talking to me all those times, and every time we DMed it put a smile on my face. I’m sorry about the 9/11 joke.
@Neonity
You’re fine, and I’d be fine with most of what you do if it wasn’t for the fact that players get castrated for the majority of instigations you mainly just got told off for. Admittedly every staff I’ve raised this towards vouched for you saying you’ve weened off. I’m not sure how you are as HoS, but I appreciate that when I said quite frankly I don’t think you should be there, you just accepted it as my opinion instead of blowing it out of proportion. I know I may not seem like it, but I was surprised in a good way, and deeply appreciative of the fact you accepted the opinion without trying to call it toxic.

Somebody give this man creative team! And let him be a goddamn Shock Trooper!
Gonna miss ya, bud.
@Hayden
Quite frankly, you and I just don’t agree with certain things. Especially in our last discussion, it’s clear that there’s just a fundamental difference on how we each believe things should be viewed, and that’s okay. You’re still a great person, despite the differences, and overall I really hope there aren’t too many negative feelings in the way of a mutual respect. You took the time to actually listen, and even at some points understood where my anger came from, though admittedly the amount of anger in each case was too much. I’m sorry for wording my criticisms the way that I did- I stated before in this post that I’m crude, and the comment you banned me for kind of shows that. It’s no excuse, but I didn’t mean any kind of toxicity with it.
@Craw
I like your Events and GMing. I got some flack for being negative in the last review for Day 2 of the Fallout event, but I want you to know I overall enjoyed it and the effort that went into it. You know I always love to be in the middle of an unraveling conspiracy, I just disliked some of the specific staffing choices at the end when it came to how the decisions were handled. Still, I know you’re an amazing Event Runner, and I know you’ll continue to run amazing events.
@Nesh
Chill dude, but joined in on the dogpile at the end, which kinda hurt. I would’ve hoped you would do better than that, especially after what happened with yourself. You’re still chill, and I enjoyed your company, but that last interaction was just… disappointing.

He’s always one for a little bit of trolling, but he’s also one to usually understand most points of an argument. No matter what side he’s on, he tends to see them both. That’s commendable in all the best ways.

I’m only adding you here because Jenkins did. I still don’t feel like you’ve changed. You apologized for your actions to the staff, but not to the people you did them towards. Elder Drip, I get it, but personally as one of the people you lashed out at (in several ways, imo, but to be fair it’s speculation) I don’t feel like whatever apology you made to staff was genuine. I wouldn’t be the type to even care about you telling me to kill myself, or going out of your way to ping me and call me self righteous and to go fuck myself, if there wasn’t a clear bias towards your case than towards others. Your response to Jenkins when he said you were kind of a dickhead exhibits the fact you haven’t really changed, to me. I hope I’m wrong, but I sadly don’t believe I am.
