Calaveras de Cancún -- A soon to be major partner of the Velvet Table, ran by Joe Motor and Malik Johnson.
What is your group's general style?
Morally Gray Drug Traffickers. -- Goodfella style.
What is your group's backstory?
Calaveras de Cancún -- A drug trafficking group with the soul purpose to become rich and distribute out product ; The first ever known member named "Ladislao Carda", the second hand of the founder of the group ; set out Ladislao Carda to make operations begin, the founder and Ladislao Carda made a strain of Coke going back as far as 1932 in the state of Cancún named "Fiebre Del Azúcar Blanca".
The Combine invasion simply brought more opportunities, at the cost of many men and extremely difficult trade routes, but Calaveras de Cancún made it work.
With operations came the need of more work, more product and distribution ; Soon expanding out to numerous names and groups all across the States' and parts of Mexico that were lowly looked over, Several Bases of Operations were made across Cancun and the outlands that surrounded it, many being separate grow farms, others being stashes for weapons, Combine tech and trade-ports that were announced within the Intranet for open times of trade.
Simply put ; Calaveras de Cancún made its way to expand operations within the current city, under the current city sub-lead named "Rick Ketterson", although a small name, Calaveras de Cancún was eager to see operations continue deeper and deeper within the states, even with plans of expanding near Germany.
Reputation with Calaveras de Cancún with the underground is kept to a standard trade relationship, Calaveras de Cancún shows no interest in merging or making Calaveras de Cancún extremely public beyond trade due to complications and worries of Combine actions being took upon the long-aged group.
The Underground shows the same interest, yet shows a generally open hand to any future remarks or possible deals being made within the future ; Calaveras de Cancún has done nothing significant to put The Underground in a position of hatred or dislikeness.
The nearest to a near complete blacklist stated back several years prior when the port off of Puerto Morelos when Calaveras de Cancún first attempted to take it over from a Combine Outland Outpost for trade routes in the North East and North West ; But in a very poor coincidence a separate group strongly linked with The Underground, named Angles Beyond (which has died off) attempted to also take over the port for fishing reasons, due to the lively nature around the overgrown port.
A battle ensued that led to Calaveras de Cancún winning, soon becoming a target from the underground until statements were made over a personal message statement, showing recorded footage from one of the Calaveras de Cancún raiders showing Angels Beyond had shot at them first ; Stating it was self defense.
Since this incident, The Underground and Calaveras de Cancún have formed a strong trade-line, often supplying suppliers of known BMD's within cities and casually moving product day-to-day.
What are your group's long term goals?
Continue growth of Calaveras de Cancún and expand land of where product is moved and sold ; Including Trade-lines.
Anything Else you want to add! Internal character conflicts, IC achievements, etc.
There is a little event I would love to be planned out introducing the Settlement ; Rick Ketterson ICLY was in holding until the 20th for interrogation but got moved to Nova Prospekt due to me being banned, the reason for this is I was banned for MetaGame (which you can find the post within my content) for a month, a good way of "getting out of nova" under a parole would to be getting a event character of some inside contact within high ranking or a i2, bribed or otherwise affiliated with Calaveras de Cancún moved to release and cancel off the concurrent investigation, giving some roleplay to me and some Combine-Related characters.
Of course I'll speak with CP and Combine leads about this being a possibility, as this is just a roleplay excuse of my unbannage.
