Once more I post an appeal. For this one I'd want to discuss if there'd be a possible 2nd chance with a reduction / unban as said in the last appeal I have realized my mistake and done my best to better myself. I will again apologize for what I did as I shouldn't ever have metagamed in the first place. The ban as said before is due to my DMs with Bond which was in-fact metagame though I do believe it could be discussed as a compromise can be made for this. As metagame is a problem within the community and it has to be limited I've ended my metagame and I do know it isn't taken lightly at all. Last appeal it was mentioned the ban wouldn't be reduced due to metagame being taken harshly though this could be discussed with the options present. I am asking for this to be discussed this time as I believe it could be worked out. However I would like to extend a personal apology to the admin team as they should not have to deal with this, regardless. I try my best to hold myself to a proper standard, and roleplay tier that should be above most. As I tend to try and lean towards a leader role rather then a follower. So I should be setting an example for those around me.. The apology attached to this appeal would probably be best suited as it is addressed to the entire admin team and not just the one that banned me.
I am deeply sorry about the situation that had to have been dealt with. And that I did not come sooner to the staff team with this. As a proper player should. With that, I would like to extend a personal apology to the entire staff team of Willard networks. You all do a wonderful job and I am truly sorry you have to deal with the shit you do, daily with the player base. In the future I will personally come to you with issues regarding possible metagame. And with that I would like to say that I have learned my lesson regarding metagaming

I am going to throw in my two cents, considering he's the only one from the ban wave that I have respect for. Umbra has actively done nothing, but try to benefit the community even while banned. Connecting to the Dev Server to help test shit out, and even applying to be part of the weapon balancing test tomorrow. Consistently voicing his opinions on the Rebel struggle/grind. He's yet to freak out on the discord/forums like the rest of the people who were banned. Considering he is also one of the few people who held power in the Rebel scene, he fits the role of leader (which they desperately need). As a member of staff and a member of the resistance, I believe there is no reason to not support this. If we won't outright unban him, at least reduce it. Taking into consideration the "3 week" announcement.

I am biased cause I roleplay with Umbra a lot, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I believe he should get unbanned cause he was one of the most based out of the lineup of bans. Did he do wrong? Yes.

But personally I believe that he had no other choice, and hear me out. The only major group at the time you could join was BS as all other groups were dead, so unless he wanted to quit the server (since rebelRP was his focus) he basically had no choice but to join them. Considering most of them actively metagamed, sooner or later he'd have to jump in (especially as a leader) to keep the cohesiveness of the group. Is it wrong? Yeah. But thats how rebelRP has devolved due to the grind; you break rules and metagame to keep up, and I wish it wasn't so. But it is what it is.

Now that we've somewhat fixed the grind, and with other updates on the way, I feel like Umbra having another chance would benefit the rebel scene a lot, since he's a good roleplayer that actually went into the city and passiveRP'd with others, lead a major resistance, and was overall a positive effect on the server.

If he does metagame again, then fuck it; im a idiot but id rather be proven wrong after giving another chance. This is based on my experience with him both administratively and in character-ly.

I have to say I was reluctant to accept this appeal due to the contents of this appeal in itself, I think the apology you've given numerous times in this appeal alone is directed at the wrong people and in all honesty feels more like groveling or begging, it should really go to the players who are impacted less so to us. But considering the nature of the offense, how long ago it happened and those, especially in the admin team who have stuck their necks out in support of you and spoken about what you've put into the server I will unban you now.
