Story starts by me beating the head doctor for the CMU for association with Rebels. Only to then be called back in by the Headcops and essentially given a major bullocking for five minutes and told that arguably, a Doctor would be far more important than a RL and essentially given a talk that I was completely expendable and that command didn’t care. Was then threatened with a shotgun by one of the Overseers. Who then told the OTAs to throw me down the pit.

Then I got held over a pit while the Overseer when on a tirade about loyalty and his indifference to CPs. And then he said let go, and then the OTA pulled me back and beat me to a pulp with rifle butts. But otherwise still breathing.

Closest I’ve ever came to have a impossibly lucky character who first escaped a beheading by Rebels, shot down three Rebels single-handedly, and outlasted two Rank Leaders to be snuffed out.

Hell he might not be RL now, but Icly he’s actually still alive and kicking. Probably the luckiest event in Thompson’s Character arc.

so does bad server frame rate.

The closest I came to a pk was on my freed vort, zai'tor (he has brown skin now, used to be green) there was a bullsquid at the end of a train just kind of mad dogging me and I felt bloodthirsty so tried to kill it.

TBC'd it with a vort bolt and it just kinda ignored tbc and hit me four times, I pooped my panties and ran away but then my frame rate began to tank and I just distinctly remember hearing another one somewhere, i think if my game would have froze id have been pked.

tldr nearly died because of too many soda bob posters

i have had many close calls but the stupidly close one was in like 2015

back on LP coast server, there was a big fight between rebels and ota in which we were pushing hard until an apc got called in and we had to fall back. the apc stopped before the tunnel but we were already all running at that point, my character got super badly hurt in the fight and couldn't run so i /charfallover'd so my friend would carry me but they got fucking blasted (pk'ed) and i ragdolled into a pile of rubble. the ota ran past and scared the rebels back to their base, i stayed there for like 30 minutes before they withdrew and i could get back myself to get healed.

on two seperate occasions i have had my character lifted into the air by a crazy vortigaunt who wanted to rip their guts out with their claws, for the vortigaunt to get gunned down literally seconds before i died. once as a conscript, and once again on LP coast.

arbuckle got blasted by OTA on terranova but escaped the bar before they killed her, leaving some vortigaunts and a bunch of other people behind in the process

i remember almost being stabbed in the throat because someone told me that their rebel friend was going to kill be, suggested i report them, i said i might, and they decided that this meant i was a risk to their friend. when shouting for help one of MC's secret rebel friends showed up and blasted them.

Years ago on a server called TG4L (The Gamer 4 Life) HL2RP, and it was during the clockwork era. There was a guy named Aqua on the server who I was hiding with during a small joint Overwatch and Civil Protection sweep after we shot up the plaza on City Eighteen. We ran off and we were obviously followed, but we were running out of places to hide.

We ran towards the underground train station area that is inbetween the main city checkpoint and the slums, and I hid underneath the train seats. Essentially, you could walk over to them and they'd be transparent and I ducked under. We couldn't re-enter the city since all the shields were up and every entrance was blockaded. Time was running out. So, taking my chances as obviously said earlier, enter the Combine during the sweep.

At first they simply walked past the trains, but units started coming back, and one unit physically entered my train cart and had his flashlight on. He came into an INCH away from my face with his pistol drawn, looked over, and to my and Aqua's total hysterical shock, he just walked back and left.

Now, your head is HOVERING above the seat, hairline and all. He looked at my head and thought THAT WAS NORMAL. We were in absolute stitches, couldn't stop laughing for about ten minutes. Now, on HL2RP Clockwork, "achievements" didn't exist at all, but server-announced custom whitelists existed back then.

We both got "achievement" whitelists called "Hide & Seek Champions" because of the tomfoolery since we were being watched in noclip by some admins.

Server died soon afterwards anyway, it wasn't quite big and it sort of had a bit of a cult-like playerbase in terms of who played. Standard CW server, really.

I got arrested by a CP on this old server using city 18. I had a gun or something and was going to be amputated later. Crouched in the corner of my cell and he just didn't see me, then forgot about me. Around 30 minutes later some other high rank CP came over and asked what I was in prison for, I told him some crime that just had a 10 minute prison sentence and he let me go.

I play an absolute dumbass of a cop who breaks protocols and nearly dies more to the threat of deservicement than actual rebels.

Out of all the shenannigans, one in particular got him locked up: Deathroll!
The man decided he was gonna take a break from patrolling, play deathroll, and drink with the local CWU workers (@Asimo1234 ). Though woe is me, as an admin OfC happened to see me in observer, prompting him to bring a nice goon squad of a couple cops to come arrest me for being down in the lower part of C2 alone. This was after multiple times of the same OfC finding me in observer doing something off-protocol and then going on the radio being like 'uhm report status!!'.

So my cop is locked up after providing no resistance and he's court martialed.

His charges:
- entering the lower part of C2 alone (you needed a PT to patrol literally anywhere that wasn't the plaza)
- throwing an egg at some loyalist woman and hitting her
- General incompetence
- going AWOL while being tasked to defend an Overwatch sniper

Luckily the last charge was a mistake, as it was actually another unit whom left their post. The other ones were quite true, however.

But with the help of the lady who got egged (who was a CP at this point) testifying FOR my cop, he was let off with 2 blackmarks, demoted to recruit, and a tagline change. The man simply cannot die
