WILLARD POLITICAL REWORK
PROGRESS UPDATE:
Woah, necropost.
With the aid of
@Noodle, the team behind the rework have revised and updated the proposition document based on both general
feedback and faction input. While it's taken us longer than expected, we're now reaching the final stages of pre-implementation. With regard to content changes in the document, we have amended and omitted the majority of communication constraints between the parties, essentially now no longer penalising you for roleplay. In unison with the CP leads, we have also implemented a new role under the L.A which serves a Judicial function titled the Arbitrator.
TLDR for the role; The Arbitrator is tasked with handling anti-civil investigations of collaborators (Tier-four or higher) and may be provided assistance from the Ministry of Civil Protection or other assets in case of an investigation. The prosecution is advised to be formally acknowledged by holding a Legislative Assembly court session where members of the public and Legislative Assembly may spectate and/or observe.
The aforementioned are only a few new changes in the document, which is why we wish for you all to please take a moment of your time to re-read it and provide your feedback on the amendments. We understand that this new take on politics is a more 'streamlined' and structured approach rather than the previous balls-to-walls system, and acknowledge it may not live up to those standards in terms of outright outlandishness, even though it made that system somewhat special in its own way.
Not to keep you in the dark any longer; Our current roadmap is as follows:
• Gather your feedback on the changes.
• Make concluding changes to the document accordingly.
• Begin implementation on the
4th of November with a full IC process.
• Elections will open later at an unspecified date until the roles adjust.
- Thank you for your patience
