OTA just ignore RP and play by their own rules
I had an escort of OTA when moving around the city. We were going to each of the businesses, taking note of certain things before we go towards the RDC. So their response was to show up. Because it was in a public space, time scaling isn't effected. Granted, the /me should have been typed out... -
