Implemented Ability to eat raw food for certain factions
I'd like to ask for the ability to eat raw food and drink dirty water for factions composed mainly by Xenian/Alien creatures. It feels a little bit off to be an Alien Grunt who needs margarine, an oven and a kitchen knife to being able to eat the headcrab you just hunted down with your bare...- Dr0pex_
